It’s just a man making things in his flat where there is also a pet dog! This explains why the beeswax wraps were full of golden dog hairs! I wont be buying from this company again.

I sent for a trial pack but wasn’t keen on it. I certainly never authorised them to start a subscription and take another monthly payment out of my PayPal, There is no way of cancelling on their website and they don’t answer emails. I’ve had to go through PayPal and my bank to try to get my money back. It’s an absolute SCAM company.

Wish I’d have checked reviews first. I previously ordered from this business a few years ago and had no issues but it seems they’ve since got into liquidation according to companies house. No response to emails and phone number disconnected, have had to raise a dispute with my bank.
Shocking that they still have their website functioning, taking people’s money when they no longer exist!

** Updated to add: I finally heard back from the owner of this company, conveniently a few days after I raised a dispute through my bank to get my money back. He emailed me 13 days after my order to say they were awaiting stock and then again later that same day in a very rude manner calling me a bully because I informed them I would contact Trading Standards if they didn’t refund my money. He stated that he had previously emailed me (which I never received). I asked for proof of this email as perhaps it had gotten lost, but no proof has been received.

He also claimed the company that is listed on Companies House as dissolved by the same name was nothing to do with him, however his full name is listed on the dissolved company’s listing on Companies House. I sent a screenshot of this to him, again no reply on that.

The last email I received I was called a “smart ass” and told I’d been refunded, however I had already received the money back from my bank. I’ve heard nothing since then, overall a very negative experience unfortunately.

We never received our product and have tried without success to find a way to contact - the telephone number is out of service

My wife had an allergic reaction to the the lip balm that we bought from a natural product event when visiting London. We asked for the MSDS information and we were completely ignored. After we looked into the company we discovered that it's just some bloke making stuff in his flat. Avoid!
