Most ‘innovative’ method of preparing an invoice where the checking calculation is the customer's responsibility!
No contact details on the Beejwala invoice.
Shortfall in supplied items.
No intimation of delay in shipment.
No information is mentioned on each consumer item packed, i.e. weight or quantity!
No response on the cell, which is mentioned on their website!

I had ordered online from beejwala, chilli seeds, cauliflower seeds, lettuce, zucchini and flower bulbs worth rupees 350. NOT A SINGLE SEED GERMINATED!!! Except the flower bulbs (2 out of 3 germinated). I am so pissed off. Both my time and money got wasted. Never buy from this website. They just pack the seeds in simple plastic pouches, with no expiry date. The lettuce seeds even had fungus on them. Never ever buying again.

1. Recently, I have ordered vegetables and flowers seeds and bulbs against order number BW45784. There is no packing date, no expiry date and no test date. How do I know if seeds are good or bad? If they do not germinate then it is a buyer's problem. Same has happened last year too.
It looks Beejwala is procuring seeds from the local market and they are selling seeds under their local packing without any tests.
2. In the same order, we purchased lotus seeds. Out of 5 seeds, 2 seeds are flating on the surface. We have taken pictures.
3. Regarding both complaints, we have sent two separate emails to the Seller viz: one on 15th Aug 2025 and other on 17-08-2025 but so far, there is no response from the Seller.

I had ordered a few plants from beejwala and got an Order number. However, I never received the order. waited for mora than a week and later using the order number, i went to the site to find that the order was cancelled by the seller the next day of my order. However there was no communication and also no refund. THIS IS A SCAM! They will make you place the order with discounted rates and swindle your money!

The Beejwala business is a scam. They took my money but only deliver the seeds. Now I have been calling, emailing and WhatsApping them for multiple days but they are not replying. I lost my money and recommend everyone not to buy from them.

We ordered Seeds from Beejwala trusting their website. It's very much odd that since 3 days order status still shows pending and they do not pick calls. I would appreciate Beejwala support to wake up to these negative reviews and work on customer satisfaction rather than SEO and ranking. If customers are happy, you will flourish...respect the trust customers keep, else because of your mindset, several genuine online players will face this and feel online business is not less than fraud...hope you guys wake up and rebuild your trust...

Ordered on 18th april 25, today its 1st may still not received order. No reply to phone calls as well as emails. Very disappointing. Courier website showing pick up cancelled by the sender. Never going to buy again.

Recently I have order flower and vegetable plant seeds, however the failure rate of not sprouting is very high. Not even one seed sprouted out of the pocket of Dawrf Papaya seeds received. Initially i though may be I was wrong in the method i followed in seeding, however even after many many attempt I did not succeeded. This is same for almost all seeds , may be 25% success rate. Big disappointment. 0 Germination of Bitter Gourd (Karela) 5 varieties of Brinjal(baingan) And Mirchi too.

I recently purchased 10 seed pouches from beejwala.com, but unfortunately, none of the seeds germinated. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when using this website.

Very poor customer service support.No one receives the phone and not replies to the email. There is no COD system, I ordered around 10 days back but they haven't shipped the product yet. Seems a fraud site.

Cheated by the quality of seeds. Bought thousand rupees worth seeds, with no germination. All the money down the drain.very disappointed 😞

I bought different types of 30 seeds packet. I sowed the seeds. Nothing germinated. Waste of money, time and energy. Don't buy anything from beejwala.

I bought seeds of different winter vegetables. Twice, I sowed the seeds of tomato, cherry tomato, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, and broccoli in seedling trays. The germination was zero on both occasions. It was disappointing.
