BEWARE. A total scam. Wish I had read the other reviews before. I booked with them, what I thought was a terrific apartment for a month's stay in Paris. Paid to reserve apartment, then they asked for a large amount for a "security deposit" which seemed very unreasonable, which I did not pay. Finally started to notice some inconsistencies...and came to realize the apartment did not exist at the address they gave, nor was the address they gave as their headquarters real. Tried to get money back but was unsuccessful.

This is a SCAM. Do not use this site or trust anyone named Sebastian. The apartments and the site seem to be legit but they are not. They use the wise transfer service for payments but Beeroom.fr is fraud and deceptive.

This website is a scam. This website is presenting itself as a legitimate company that secures accommodation for tourists visiting France. They create a relationship with a potential visitor and proceed to persuade them to send money directly - even urgently - to maintain reservation. When tourists arrive at the apartments, they find it is a private residence and their money has been stolen. This website should immediately be taken down.

Ce site web se présente comme une entreprise légitime qui sécurise des hébergements pour les touristes visitant la France. Ils établissent une relation avec un visiteur potentiel et le persuadent ensuite de leur envoyer de l'argent directement, voire en urgence, pour maintenir la réservation. Lorsque les touristes arrivent aux appartements, ils découvrent qu'il s'agit d'une résidence privée et que leur argent a été volé. Ce site web devrait être immédiatement retiré.

Wij hebben de afgelopen 6 jaar met al onze vakanties en grote reizen gebruik gemaakt van AirBnB. De huizen waren altijd zoals beschreven en ook met de betaling ging het altijd goed. Wij hebben goede ervaringen met AirBnB.

Bei mir geht es um eine stornierte Reise .Es gab eine Zeitverzögerung bei der Rückerstattung. beeroom gab volle Unterstützung , rief mich sogar zwischendurch an, um die Situation zu klären. Klasse!! Danke Beeroom :-)

J'ai réservé plusieurs fois via le site et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Les annonces correspondaient à la réalité, les hôtes étaient réactifs et attentifs.
Une fois j'ai eu un petit problème, j'ai contacté le service et cela a été réglé rapidement.
Après concernant le remboursement si on annule la réservation, je ne l'ai jamais fait. Mais si si on veut être sûr d'être remboursé il faut choisir des annulations flexibles ou prendre une assurance spéciale !
