Absolutely excellent service

Absolutely excellent service and communications. Delivery included and of course the beers we cannot find in the shops! Really pleased all round thank you!

Excellent beers and great service

Excellent beers and great service. Whilst I appreciate the beers are high quality and high og, I think there could be a larger selection of 500ml bottles. Most bottles are 330ml. This is meant to be positive criticism and no reflection on the service provided.

Great service

Great service - speedy delivery, good communication, and above all, excellent beer! The Love Lane Brewery range is first-class. The virtual beer and gin tasting evenings are also fun.

Hi Declan, thanks for the feedback - you're Beer Club pack is scheduled to be despatched tomorrow as this is your first monthly pack.

We did send you an email on 19th April which explained how the Beer Club works and delivery timescales so not sure if that's slipped into your 'junk' folder.

First of all, thank you very much for signing up and it’s great to have you join us as we enjoy some great beers. I’ll make sure in with your first pack you’ll get a free Beers@No.42 glass and keyring bottle opener.

Your first pack will be shipped early May (probably around the 3rd)so should be with you a day or so after that.

As part of your subscription, you receive a 10% DISCOUNT on any orders you place via our website. To access this discount you’ll need to enter BC-001 as the discount code at checkout. This is linked to your email address so will only work for you.

We’ve also created an online community for you share your experiences will fellow members. This is a private Facebook group set up which you can join via our Facebook page which can be found HERE and will be a great community of like minded people who all enjoy great beer.

I have ordered numerous cases of beers over the past couple of years from Jez.
Jez will instantly reply to any order requests and despite the fact I live down south and not in the local area he works, the beers are always delivered promptly. Beers42 offers impeccable customer service and a great and unique range of beers. Genuinely couldn't recommend this company enough!

I ordered a keg of the lovely Trappers Hat on the Thursday afternoon, expected delivery the next day, surprise delivery that evening as he was passing the house!
