Where do I start with this cluster of a company!?! Bought a Blade Keg machine and several kegs to start with. All fine for the first few barrels put through. Machine developed a fault where the beer overgassed to the point where you were pouring 3/4 a pint of frothy head to 1/4 beer at best. Reported this having wasted 4 kegs of beer (over £135 worth) attempting to pour drinks at a home Oktoberfest event - ended up having to go to the shops and buy cans the results were so bad. Beerwulf's response was to instruct me to pour pints and video the results, which I duly did, on the promise that the wasted kegs will be replaced. Submitted the evidence that the machine was not functioning correctly and after 39 emails and numerous calls later we are still at the point that BW cannot confirm that they will hold liability for returning my unit back to me repaired in the same pristine condition. They want me to wait in on a day and package up the unit for return and wait up to a month to get it back. This is unacceptable to me noting the horror stories you read about people getting someone else's damaged machines back as a replacement. This is a £500 unit after all and the beer is not exactly cheap. Have requested a return for a exchange and this has been refused (against UK consumer law to do so) and now they will not answer my correspondence or call me back on their not very good call back system. As for ever seeing the replacement kegs wasted, well, if I were a betting man I would say I have more luck winning the Euromillions! Avoid this company - see through the BS glossy marketing as I would hate for anyone else to experience what I have! Sure buying a cheaper alternative would lead to more trouble-free service and the aftercare must be better than this shower.

Poca professionalità, il prodotto (l'erogatore della birra) si rompe subito, pessima qualità dei materiali.
Nel giro di tre mesi se ne sono rotti due (il primo è arrivato direttamente con vizi di fabbricazione, il secondo si è rotto dopo solo un mese). Hanno un servizio di riparazione a dir poco scadente, è passato quasi un mese e ancora riescono ad organizzare il semplice ritiro del pacco.
Ho passato più tempo dietro ai corrieri per le varie spedizioni che ad usare il prodotto.
