Took my money from my account twice! No invoice no delivery. Total scam!

Cancelled my order fro no reason. No reply to emails and they never refunded the payment I made !

Beware (no pun attended !) Scammers I think

It was delivered on time. And using the product, just follow the instruction ang you will feel the tightening and difference.

took more money than agreed, then after that bank card was hacked, then lots of emails saying something left in my cart. Don't use this site, go to amazon

I agree with the other 2 reviews DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they need taking off of Facebook - money has been taken, order not received, continually getting email’s stating I’ve left something in my basket I’ve sent several emails but none of them have been replied to and no telephone number to contact them

I totally agree with the previous review. Just wish I had the opportunity to read it before I ordered. I ordered on 15th January 2025, had an email confirming the order, took money from account (including insurance which I did not ask for). Despite numerous text messages asking them to stop emailing me to say my order had items left in basket, and me replying where is my order? I now find that my messages are blocked. Total scam £28 written off. Do not buy from Beetoxuk.com go to Amazon. I have learnt my lesson.

I have placed an order but not received it. Beetoxuk do not respond to any emails requesting delivery date. I see they are a China based company though they make it look like they are UK based. This is not in itself necessarily a problem but it means if they don't respond to emails, you cannot call them. Following unanswered emails, I have now asked for a refund but still get no response. Instead they continually send marketing emails implying I have left products in my basket and should complete the sale and payment. I am sure this is fraudulent, as why otherwise would they not respond to any emails about the order. Oddly, I had confirmation of the order by email at the outset, and also record of my online payment via my bank. Do not use this company as I do not think they are trustworthy. They advertise on FB.
