This is scam! 49,99$ was taken from my consent.Ican’t get a response to the cancellation!

I have never heard of this company until I discovered that they used my debit card to take $49.99 from my bank account! I looked at their website and it is completely unfamiliar. I called their phone number and talked to a bot, who admitted it was a bot and said a real person would email me to help with the problem! Since I couldn't reach a real person myself, I also used their "Unsubscribe" pop-op, but it's too late to stop the money from being taken because it was yesterday. No clue how they got my information!!

However, in checking my email inbox, it seems the hacker had sent me 2 emails: one welcoming me to their befiteasy.com website, and the other,, 2 receipts for the $49.99, never mentioning what the money was for. Had I checked my email more carefully, I might have caught it in time. As it is, I called my bank "fraud" department and opened a "Dispute Case." Ahead of their investigation, the bank credited the $49.99 back to me, and put an immediate stop on my debit card, of course (such an annoyance, as anyone who's been hacked knows).

Lesson to all who read this: befiteasy.com is a scam company that hacks your debit card and is able to use the card numbers WITHOUT the 3 digit number on the back to take money from you without your knowledge or consent!

Scam attempt detected. My bank intercepted the transaction and blocked my card. The case has been reported as fraud.

Wie bei vielen anderen hier habe ich lediglich eine kostenlose Gesundheit-App heruntergeladen, sowie nirgendwo zu etwas zugestimmt. An nächsten Tag erfolgte eine Abbuchung von 49,99 EU per Kreditkarte, wobei mir schleierhaft ist, woher befitandeasy meine KK-Nummer hat.

Also Finger weg, das ist glatter Betrug!

Scam. Never heard of the outfit but somehow they took $49.99 and $14.99 from my card. I report to credit card company and Consumer Fraud…

Site Frauduleux qui pille vos comptes sans autorisation ni votre accord. une adresse de contacte qui ne répond jamais à vos mails en français ou en englais.

Ich würde sagen, das diese Sache hier ein großer Betrug ist. Geld wurde abgebucht. Keine Möglichkeit Kontakt aufzunehmen, keine Antwort auf Mails. Erhalten habe ich für mein Geld nichts, außer Ärger 😠

Betrüger und Abzocker; App zum Testen wird innert Kürze als Zustimmung zum Kauf/Abo (Pro Version) interpretiert und 49.99$ abgebucht; Abo kann nicht auf dem iPhone im Abo-Bereich gekündigt werden; sondern soll per E-Mail gekündigt werden.

Betrug! Finger weg. Sobald man die App lädt werden 49,99$ abgebucht. Auch im Probezeitraum. Abo-Kündigung funktioniert nicht und der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar. Ich musste meine Karte sperren und habe jetzt eine neue.

Vorsicht Betrug, habe die App nie runtergeladen wurde mit 49.99 belastet.
leider ist es unmöglich die Firma irgendwo zu erreichen.

Vorsicht Betrug. Das Unternehmen antwortet nicht und bucht direkt Geld ab. Absolute Vorsicht, nicht die App laden.

Lockangebot für 0,10 Euro für 1 Tag, danach mehrfacher Abbuchungsversuch 49,99Eur Monatsgebühr auch unter
dem Absender vitalpulsefitness, trotz sofortiger schriftlicher Kündigung. Abbuchung wurde
glücklicherweise von meinem Kreditinstitut mehrfach abgelehnt. Gefährliche Falle!!

Absolute abzocke!!! Finger weg davon!!!
