This company promises a refund if product is not what you need. It did not work for me. I returned EVERYTHING as instructed. Sent receipts etc. Sent numerous emails since Sept. 2025. I get promises(haha) of my refund will be coming. It's now March 2026 and I don't even receive emails. Worse company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I too was evidently scammed out of my money. I actually purchased them quite awhile ago, but just started trying to get instructions- there were none in the box. I did call them awhile back saying I wanted a refund of $79.00 plus 9.00 shipping and handling . They said oh you have time to try them and see if you like them . Well I fell for that one . Then I just put them aside . Today I got them out and got on the website , which says the store is closed and there was no other information but a phone number which was out of service . So I realized they were just con artists and closed up shop. I just read the reviews. I wish I had checked them earlier - no one had anything nice to say about them . I agree sadly .

Worst place ever to deal with. Don’t order from them.

Ordered in November and was very disappointed with them the quality was terrible. Emailed for return information and sent them back. Emailed them every week,then every day and never got a response. Today 2/17 they were returned. Tracked them with USPS tracking number and they refused them and sent them back. I’m out $79 dollars.
$70 for hearing aids and $9 for shipping. Now they not answering their phone

I sent bad hearing aids back and payed 50 dollars more to upgrade them . Since then been over a month no reply won’t answer my calls I have ups tracking that they received my aids and cashed 50 dollars upgrade but refused to take my calls. They have stolen my money and the BBB needs to shut this scam down what a shame to do this to seniors

Should be 0.not giving that option..FYI. turn into CC company they will dispute it for you . Finally got my refund by doing that . Now they are dealing with them

I've been waiting since July for my refund! Each time I email this company, I get a reply saying that the refund is being processed. They said that they said that they recieved the hearing aids.
Now I'm considering this theft!!

I purchased these hearing aids in Oct 25; return them for the upgrade; received upgrade in November 25; attempted to return; which came bacc, "address unk;" CS sent me a return label; mailed on December 22 2025; Its now January 30th 2026 and still have not received my refund. CALLED; Threatened; finally contact my credit card company to report fraud. Bottom line is that this company do not honor the promise. Every time you call or write email they say thet are sorry. The last time I was told it was done and it takes 5 business days. That was January 25, 2026. I am hopping the fraud dept from my credit card company is successful.
I even wrote the Scotsdale AZ news.

Have been working with this company for four months trying to get a refund. I ordered hearing aids from them returned them because I did not like the quality. They talked me into upgrading for an extra $50 to a newer brand, newer technology. I receive those still same quality so after several attempts because they kept giving me incorrect return labels those were returned.I’ve been working for five months now trying to get a refund They have completely ghosted me.

There is a reason 97% of their reviews are 1 star. That number would be 0% if they offered 0-Star reviews. Units were uncomfortable/painful and I got a return authorization. After 2 months of refund promises, I started calling daily to raise hell. You will not get a refund unless you become a total pain in the ......(neck.) Very unprofessional and they really do not give a hoot about customers. Unless you continually call and harass them, you will never get your money back.

I bought the hearing aids they were too big for my ears so I requested a return. They told me the address to return them and I sent the hearing aids back. The post office said the address is undeliverable. I called the company and they sent me a label to return them. Same problem. USPS says unable to deliver no address found and they were returned to y. Nobody answers emails. No help from phone calls. Don't purchase from this company. Scammers.

I placed an order. They did not work. Company gave me an address to return for my refund. I ordered on 9/20 and its not 12/17 and they still have not issued my refund. They confirmed they got the return and that my refund was approved, but still have not got it. I have now filed a dispute with my cc company to get my money since 3 MONTHS of trying to work with the company directly is a complete waste of time. They are ripping people off.....next stop will be the Better Business Bureau and all social media platforms to hopefully help others to not make the same mistake

I purchased hearing aids from Begin Hearing in the beginning of Sept. They were delivered promptly and everything seemed fine. I found out in the beginning of Nov that I didn't need them and called then to see if I could return They said yes. They received my return on Nov 8. Today is Dec 12 and they still have not sent me credit for the $79. I have sent several emails and called them twice. Each time I get the same answer - they don't know why I haven't received it and they will go talk to the credit dept again and let me know.
Today I tried to go back to their website to leave a review and they have BLOCKED ME! I filed a claim with paypal and hopefully will get my money back,

Six weeks later....
Cant say anything about quality of their hearing aid. Been waiting for over six weeks for them to send them.

On its home page, Begin Hearing twice touts its 100-day 100% refund policy. I can't speak to how effective the Begin hearing aid is because the aid is so large that I was unable to place it beyond the edge of my ear into the ear canal. I called them, got the info needed for a return, complied with their requested information and, once the packed was mailed, provided them with a tracking # of my return. The next week, they confirmed that the packet had been received by them. I was told that a credit would appear on my credit card within 7-10 days. That was in early October, it is now the 5th of December. Despite numerous assurances from the very nice ladies of Begin's telephone support team, despite numerous promises that they will try to expedite my credit. I still have not received a credit. Finally, I put the $79 charge in dispute with my credit card company.

I returned the hearing aids in the time limit. Been waiting since June for my refund! Don't buy from this company!! Lousy customer service!!

Do not purchase this device! It is a scam. I ordered on November 2 2025 it is now December 1 2025 and I still have not recieved the hearing aids even though their site states that they will ship between 2 and 4 days. Please take head they are preying on people like myself who would like to hear our loved ones, participate in conversations,or allow our spouse relief from having to listen to the tv on full volume. Shame on them.

Now begins the journey of trying to get my money back.

How do you give a zero. I tried them. Ringing continued. I called to return them they kept trying to get me to upgrade. This was October 7 they were returned. Still waiting for refund. I’m sure it’s not going to happen. I have sent 20 emails. Always say we’re so sorry will talk with billing. I’ve called same thing.

The product was too large and immediately returned with all packaging ,etc. They received it on 9/22/25 and after many phone calls and emails, I still have not received my refund. Customer service is always very nice and agreeable, checking into it, agree a refund is do??? It’s been nearly 60 days. Buy at your own risk!!!

In the first place, the price quoted was $69 and they deducted $99 from my bank account. Now, secondly, the things whistle so loudly if I didn't need hearing aids before I most certainly will after wearing these damn things for one day.
