El envío ha sido muy rápido, el servicio de atención al cliente también, muy rápido y atento. Las prendas son maravillosas, el tejido, los colores, como sientan….increíble. La pena que el color de la parte de arriba que elegí, no tenía más que 3 braguitas para elegir a conjunto y las 3 muy escotadas.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit dieser Marke.

Ich habe einen Bikini erhalten, der bereits bei der Lieferung defekt war. An der Seitennaht befand sich ein großes Loch, da sich die Naht komplett gelöst hatte. Ich habe den Kundenservice sofort kontaktiert und Fotos des Mangels geschickt.

Zunächst erhielt ich eine Nachricht, in der sich das Unternehmen entschuldigte und bestätigte, dass der Defekt offenbar durch die Qualitätskontrolle gerutscht sei. Mir wurde angeboten, einen Ersatz zu erhalten oder den Bikini zurückzusenden.

Zwei Tage später kam dann plötzlich eine völlig widersprüchliche Antwort: Nach erneuter Prüfung mit dem Quality-Team sei der Bikini angeblich nicht defekt gewesen und ich hätte ihn nicht beschädigt erhalten. Diese Aussage ist für mich absolut unverständlich, da ich den Bikini nachweislich defekt erhalten und dies direkt mit Fotos dokumentiert habe.

Trotz mehrerer Nachrichten und Erklärungsversuche zeigte sich der Kundenservice überhaupt nicht einsichtig. Am Ende musste ich sogar die Rücksendekosten von 12 € aus Deutschland selbst bezahlen – obwohl ich einen mangelhaften Artikel erhalten habe.

Für den Preis ist die Qualität absolut enttäuschend, und der Umgang mit berechtigten Reklamationen ist noch enttäuschender. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich diese Marke leider nicht empfehlen.

Ho scelto questo costume per la bellezza del colore. Le mie aspettative sono state superate non solo il colore è splendido. Il tessuto è fantastico e ha una vestibilità incredibile.

I love Belamer’s products. The fabric feels lovely, they fit perfectly and are produced sustainably too. I’d recommend them to anyone. What’s more, the bikini arrives in lovely packaging.

The bikinis are high priced and for that you’d expect great quality. Unfortunately the pricing doesn’t match the quality and the design of the products.
Shipping and return costs are extremely high, even within Europe (25€ ), and customer service is not very good. Would not recommend ..

I discovered the brand two years ago and fell in love with it right away, so I recently ordered my third bikini (I only own swimwear from this brand now). My recent experience with the brand’s customer service was terrible.
My order was held up for several days, and I received cold, unempathetic responses from Jennifer—including a petty four-paragraph email explaining that my shipping costs (over 10 euros within the EU) would not be refunded because I had changed my delivery instructions, which is incomprehensible. It’s a shame when pickup delivery isn’t available at the time of ordering and packages are frequently stolen during home deliveries. The entire delivery experience and interaction with customer service was stressful and disheartening. For a brand with such high-priced items and given the quality of customer service offered by other brands in 2026, it’s unacceptable to treat customers this way.
