Good quality and always fresh. I buy from them since 2022 and is the best on the market so far.

It was the first time for me.
I've tried before from salmon and other fishes.
Got nothing to do with it, are all terrible untasted.
This is the real stuff and II can understand why, does not taste like fish, does not smell like fish, its a smoth flavor, slightly salted, but really nice.
Unfortunatly the tin for one person has only 5 or 6 spoons, but maybe one day i will loose my head and spend some more for 2 or 3 persons....
I advive you to try, even if for only once in your life, a taste of the rich and famouse :-)

Wild salmon roe arrived sticky
The wild salmon roe arrived sticky, clumpy, and not fresh, which was very disappointing. I regularly eat caviar and understand what good quality should be, and unfortunately this did not meet that standard. The smell and texture also made it feel unsafe to consume.
However, I want to highlight that the issue seemed mainly related to delivery. The customer service was excellent — they responded quickly, resolved the situation professionally, refunded the order, and offered suitable alternatives.
Other caviar I have purchased from them before was good, so I would still consider buying again, although I may try a different type next time to rebuild full confidence. Overall, despite this issue, the aftercare and support were very good.

Could you please let us know how the product was stored after delivery? Was it kept refrigerated at all times? This information will help us better understand the situation.
In any case, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we would be happy to send you a replacement. We are confident in the quality of our product and believe that what you described is certainly not representative of our legendary Wild Salmon.

I have so far only tried one of the caviars, which was superb, so I have high hopes the others will be too. I would have no hesitation in buying caviar from Beleaev again.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Had a problem with the first delivery, contacted customer service and they could not have been better. They had just started with a new delivery company and they had it sorted out and a new delivery within 24 hrs.

Fantastic products and top notch customer services. One of the caviar jars was damaged in transit and Alex and team were super-gracious by sending me a replacement. Cannot recommend them enough!
