Copyright scammers who steal your music
They don't own the music but still claim tracks as their own.
This company should be removed from the internet.

If you really want to do business or thrive, do it correctly. You still have time to change things.
Just be fair and do fair things.

Besides having a platform that is behind with technology, very sluggish and freezez all the time, the different account managers i had in the last 10 years are always rude, and rarely answer your emails to the point that you need to open tech support tickets to then have them reach out to you. After 10 years, they took down my 121 tracks distributed through them and didn't pay the remaining $500 remaining royalties, assuming that I am a french artist living illegally in the United states, hence the refusal , after 10 years mind you, to pay me ( i have been living in the US for over 30 years as a lawful permanent resident ) . Needless to say that if you are starting as an artist, or even considering starting a new label, this might not be the company for you, i'm just saying!

Don’t work with them and don’t work with tunecore which is a DIY service. as everyone else says they poach you for someone else keep you there for awhile then suddenly take all your releases down don’t even let you transfer automaticly to there DIY service which they have tried to then get you to pay for and do it as they just want to start charging you to be all that DIY service which makes no sense at all for independent labels.

Seriously, Ive been using them for like 7 years and with no email nothing (which they said they did send me an email stating that my contract ended) . And overnight they just remove all of my songs from all digital platform and I couldn't sign in to my own account. Now those money that I had yet to claim out is stuck!. Emailed them multiple times and all they did was throwing the balls to client service, to this to that and end up I did not get any reply from any of them on how can I go about this situation. Can't believe this is what they did to indie artiste.......

Copyright scammers and thieves. They submit false copyright claims on royalty free material for artists that use Splice or Landr to create music and have a license to use a certain loop. Disputing claims is frivolous with these pieces of crap as they will just deny the claim, the issue is with Youtube and their copyright system which is so easy to abuse by bad people. There is no protection for creators, and it is very one-sided. These scumbags know that most people won't submit another appeal as they can submit a copyright strike on your channel and 3 means your channel can get deleted.

The contract from 2013 was cancelled last year by email (to a non-existent address), contrary to the conditions (written changes/cancellation). We learnt about this in March, and shortly afterwards around 350 releases from 7 labels were deleted.

The indifferent behaviour of the email contact persons was one of the most frightening things... When the office in Hamburg was closed several years ago and the company went public, we should have changed distributors. Having been poached by believe in 2013, we have now returned to Feiyr (Dance all day).

Fortunately, we can restore most of the release catalogue, but many other labels, especially indie dance labels, will not be able to do so.

Be warned of believe!

All reviews here are correct. The company in france/germany ripp off artists and labels...no support for labels unless you have david guetta. Disgusting and respectless staff, they dont care for indie labels and artists in anyway...

copyright scammers, a sick company that steels your music

Had a label distributed by believe digital and have had loads of releases as an independent artist out on other indie labels too. Late last year I had an email stating they were terminating my distribution deal for my record company and have subsequently removed all of my entire catalogue from all streaming sites despite many of the tracks getting tens of thousands of streams.

A horrendously disgusting move. All of my music released on other indie labels has also been removed.

It seems they are only bothered about major artists now. The music industry is hopeless, independent artists are screwed and companies like believe are the criminals that are contributing to this problem

Steer clear of this awful company, not that you'll be allowed any access to it unless you're a bigtime millionaire artist.

This company keeps claiming my YouTube videos containing music legitimately purchased and licenced from "SmartSound". Their actions are damaging trust in legitamate companies and causing YouTube creators to have to file a large number of counter claims or in far too many cases where YT creators aren't aware that they can file counterclaims, those YouTubers are losing revenue to “Believe”. UMG are suing “Believe” for $500 million for copyright infringement. I hope UMG are successful because they will be doing 10's of thousands of YouTube creators a massive favour.

Known copyright scammers. Shame on any artist signed with them or any of their subsidiaries.

This company report 2 of my GTA V livestreams and couple of my videos for copyright claims they got them. They are absolute garbage company. I will expose them on YouTube if they report my videos/Live streams for copyright

The reporting of revenue is often incomplete. In my experience with several labels, I've consistently faced discrepancies with their Content ID reporting. While they claim a certain amount as revenue, screenshots from their CMS reveal a significantly higher figure, sometimes with an 80% difference. It's particularly frustrating given that they take a cut of the revenue for what seems like a one-time effort. One would expect accuracy and integrity, especially when they earn a commission, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case.

This company steals rights they don't have all the time. On Google, you can read all about how they defraud people.

Updates. Believe Music is claiming copyright on behalf of a scammer on my private YouTube videos and the same thing to videos they have already withdrawn copyright claims where YouTube writes "Good news" to me. It turns out that the videos are still copyrighted by Believe Music on behalf of a scammer. When I write to their YouTube department in India they have been taught not to answer specific questions, because silence is golden. Believe Music also claims that their client owns the last two albums I released with my artist in 2021 and 2022 and showing the artist and producer agreement that confirms this doesn't help either. It is not to be believed. The only feedback I get is that I have to file a case in the country where the scammer lives. This person moves from country to country and has a long history of escaping legal costs. In reality, Believe Music has stolen my copyright to my own recordings and it will cost me more to get it back than what I invested. That way it pays to be a thug. Stay away from anything to do with Believe Music, they are the world's most criminal distribution company.

Fraudulent company that files false copyright complaints for smaller artists.

One of the worst music distribution services. They stole my money and blocked my account with completely copyrighted material. They are encrypted so as not to pay musicians their legal royalties! ! ! I do not advise anyone to contact this office of scammers !!!!
