LaLiga VVIP Event in Barcelona – Valuable last-minute support
I worked with WEEX Marketing Europe on a LaLiga VVIP event in Barcelona in May 2026, during the FC Barcelona title celebrations. My role was connected to the organization and guest side of the event, which brought together European executives, media partners, and selected VVIP guests in a premium setting.
In the final days before the event, we were still missing several important VVIP attendees. Iaros Belkin and Belkin Marketing stepped in at short notice and helped secure key guests, including the son of the Vice-President of FC Barcelona and the founder of the well-known Ibiza “Night & Day” magazine.
Their support made a real difference. They were responsive, well-connected, and able to deliver under pressure when timing was tight.
Based on this experience, I would recommend Belkin Marketing to companies organizing VIP-focused events, especially when targeted guest acquisition or last-minute coordination is needed.

Working with you and the WEEX team to secure those final key guests under pressure was exactly the kind of challenge we thrive on. Landing the Vice-President's son and the Night & Day magazine founder in those final days required activating the right connections fast. Glad we could deliver when timing was critical.
It was a genuine pleasure meeting the WEEX team in person, and having the opportunity to meet legendary Real player Fernando Morientes made the event even more memorable. Those are the moments that remind you why live events matter.
Looking forward to future collaborations, especially when last-minute VIP coordination is needed.

And that's where your observation about the tactical expertise beyond the rolodex is spot-on. The relationships matter but only when you're worthy yourself. The ecosystem of world-connected thinkers you mention — that's what makes WEF unlike anything else.

We've used Belkin Marketing as advisors from time to time over the past 10 years to consult on business growth. So when we decided to try AI for traffic, there wasn't really a second thought on who to ask for help.
Results after one month: full AI search optimization, restructured site sections, 4 good blog posts, setups for social platforms we never used before like Linkedin, Substack and some others. Google Business and Whatsapp Business redone completely and finally make sense. Biggest surprise is client flow that nearly doubled!
What I honestly like best is the format of the workflow: they do most of the work and then pass clear guide on what needs to be done on my side. Feeling fully in control without time waste.
