Bell Financial Solutions Ltd made the mortgage in principle process quite smooth for a first buyer.
Liberty was very friendly and responsive.
Highly recommend for anyone needing expert financial advisors.

Me and my partner used Bell Financial to purchase our first property.
From our initial contact with them, to putting an offer in and finding a mortgage to suit our circumstances, they have advised us every step of the way.

Advice was also provided on solicitors to use, income protection insurance and the surveys relevant to our property.

If you want to remove some of the stress from buying a house, I would definitely recommend these guys.

The whole process from start to finish has been friendly and informative. When certain things didn’t go our way they went above and beyond to overcome a bad outcome from the lender really quickly. Finding us a suitable replacement, which without could have made the process really stressful. We really liked the what’s app group so all parties were involved and just general feedback weather positive or negative was always stated, so we were always in the know and could make the best decisions for us.

I honestly cannot recommend the team enough. From the first phone call I had with Liberty she was personal yet professional and I felt safe and supported in her care. Their communication has been exceptional- timely and comprehensive and nothing was ever too much for this nervous first time buyer. I hit some complications with my mortgage meaning the first was rejected due to unforeseen issues with the property itself, and the team were relentless in finding me another one and minimising any additional workload for me.
