Threatened me when I said I would leave negative review

I tried to order on this website but they simply cancelled my order when I questioned whether or not they were selling non genuine items.
When I questioned why my order was cancelled and indicated that I would be leaving a review, the company threatened me with potential legal action if I left a negative review. Very scary interaction and I will never be making an order on their website again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt uncomfortable after this interaction, and we’d like to clarify the situation for anyone reading.

BelluBeauty is a legitimate UK Korean skincare retailer, and all products we sell are genuine, brand new/sealed, and purchased from our authorised wholesalers or directly from the K-Beauty brands themselves. The order was not cancelled because of stock availability or product authenticity concerns.

The order had appeared to have been placed by or on behalf of a retailer/reseller selling the same products purchased on their own website, so it was cancelled under our consumer-only order policy and refunded in full to the original payment method. No payment was retained.

We fully respect every customer’s right to leave an honest review. Our follow-up email was intended to clarify the reason for cancellation and to ask that any public feedback accurately reflect the facts of the interaction — not to prevent a genuine review.

We remain happy to address any genuine concerns directly and professionally.

Lovely experience

This was my first order with BelluBeauty & I have been super impressed. The quality & price point of the products is amazing & as well as what you have ordered you receive a load of free goodies 😀 can I just say the customer service experive was spot on 😍 the delivery was smooth & easy to track & I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend 💞
