The actual product I received was extremely disappointing and I actually reached out to Belvedere customer service for some assistance and never heard back. I gave 2 stars because the product was delivered promptly all the way to Canada during the holidays.

I wasn't happy with my order so I contacted them to be told they would post another out , but nothing and I sent numerous messages but no reply to any ,I tried to support small businesses !!

Received goods on time. Goods were faulty. Despite repeated attempts to contact Belvedere collections by phone and email - have not received any reply.
Now left with faulty unusable goods.

I ordered 3 items online which arrived promptly however 2 items were damaged. Despite multiple attempts to contact Belvedere I have received no response and the items are not of a quality that I would like to gift at Christmas which was the intention. I am really disappointed at the waste of money. When I saw the items in a store I was really impressed but due to lockdown this store was closed and I decided to order online.

I ordered a light up personalised gin palace sign. It was late Wednesday night and I am not used to ordering on line but I gave it a go. I explained I needed the gift for the 5th October and apologised for the late order.
The following day I received a lovely email telling me my order had been dispatched and I received same with the post on the Friday morning.
I was more than delighted both with the service and the gift. I also ordered a gin palace chopping board. I would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them in the future.

I was helping to plan a 50th birthday celebration for a friend and wanted some custom laser engraved blocks and a wooden keepsake box to present them in. Belvedere Collections were nothing short of amazing! They helped through every stage of the process with advice and suggestions and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much :)

Great and well done my personal logo ingraved into my portable coffee cup abit small could of done abit bigger but the detail that small very very well done
