Expertise and craftsmanship With over twenty years’ professional experience in the construction industry, Steve Scudder formed Belverdale Building Contractors Limited with four ideals in mind: to offer clients the highest quality of materials and workmanship to add value to clients’ properties to respect clients’ homes and properties never limit oneself – anything is possible Steve works closely alongside trusted members of his team, including contract managers, joiners, plasterers, NICEIC registered electricians and Corgi registered plumbers, all expert tradespersons and labourers – we don’t employ casual labourers. Each and every member of the Belverdale line-up is dedicated to bringing clients the best service possible. At Belverdale Building Contractors we take pride in every job. Belverdale

Belverdale - simply the best!

We first met Steve in early 2021 when we were looking to extend our house due to a growing family.
I cannot speak highly enough of Steve and the team. From start to finish the lads were fantastic. Their work ethic and workmanship is some of the best I've seen. Nothing was too much trouble. Any issues that we came across were identified early, communicated and worked out with ease. The project was run on budget and on time. Steve and the team were great with our neighbours ensuring everyone was kept upto date and aware of the ongoing project.

I have recommended Belverdale to close friends and family since our project and will continue to recommend the team in the highest regard.

Highly recommend.

So glad I chose Belverdale to renovate my 17 th century home. Work inc barn conversion, orangery and general refurb. Fantastic quality and attention to detail.
Initially daunted being a single woman and a big project but this family run builders were the perfect choice. 5 star highly recommend.
