Works but really uncomfortable

Eyes do feel better 21 days in - will continue to use. Downside - it’s really uncomfortable to use, does not sit well at all on your face - bad design

I definitely feel a difference!

I definitely feel a difference! I’m no longer waking up with sore, dry eyes that scratch when I blink, and the steam feels wonderful.

There are slight issues with the condensation dripping down my face and the mask doesn’t hold a charge for longer than one use, but these are small annoyances that are resolved by putting a towel around my neck during use and charging immediately after use. The relief is worth it!

I have had dry eyes for years

I have had dry eyes for years. My Dr told me to take out my contact lenses for good. From there I went to RK & was able to see without lenses for 17 plus years. Today I wear scleral lenses & the problem is back. After 21 days I have actual improvement. My lenses stay comfortable for longer. They still get cloudy later in the day but that’s a huge improvement. Rated at 4 stars because I still want more.

It broke out of the box

It broke out of the box. Couldnt read the chinese instructions. i charged it. added water. nothing. now it wont charge any more. waste of time

Great product

Great product. Works well. Very soothing and relaxing. I am not using my eye drops as much as I did before I started using this mask but I still do need to use them. My dry eyes are at a chronic stage so I'm not sure anything is going to "fix"that but this mask helps a great deal to make them feel better for awhile. I'm glad I have it as part of my daily routine.

My product was defective

My product was defective. It is being replaced but was unable to get it in time for my overseas vacation, the fluid stung my eyes and the rollerball was stiff and dragged my skin. Not impressed so far. The replacement better be good when I get back at the end of May!

A defective product, discomfort from the fluid, and a rollerball that does not glide properly are absolutely not the experience we want you to have, especially before an overseas trip. I completely understand why you’re frustrated.

I’m glad a replacement is already being arranged, but I’m sorry we couldn’t get it to you before your vacation. When you’re back at the end of May, our team will make sure your replacement is followed through properly and that you receive a unit that works as expected.
