Great coffee, just the best. Food is fantastic and a great location to catch up with friends or to work remotely.

Good vibe from the company, great design, shopping experience.

And… the best coffee I’ve tasted.

TERRIBLE experience with this company.

1.After I ordered not one shipping update & no replies to emails for tracking.
2.got the product finally,after about a week. It did not work. Has a stupid pump thing that you have to manually try and get the water mechanism started with yourself! Even following the instructions it still did not work.
Emailed again about a return. No reply for a week ?! 4 messages sent. When I did finally get a reply it was super snotty implying asking me “are you okay?” and also the implication that I should have brought a more expensive machine & then I would have had this problem - super patronising.

Then they said they would ‘assess my return due to their terms and conditions- what a joke! It did not work.

3. I then asked for a returns label - nothing. Crickets. Again 4 messages sent. So I have now sent the thing back at my own expense. Costing over £20 postage as it’s so big amd heavy and I need a proof of tracking.

Absolutely diabolical. They call this service ?
I highly advise people not to deal with this company.

In complete contrast I’ve just left this review for the excellent nespresso citiz machine I brought from Hughes electrical : ‘Seamless ordering process from start to finish, £10 off!, product is perfect, amazing coffee, no hassle and order notifications and updates perfect. Next day delivery! Very very impressed. Buy off these guys it’s far less stress and expense !

Delivery took a little longer than expected. But otherwise all good.

We love Bear Northwich always go when we visit family...Good service and staff are brilliant & friendly... I'd give it 5 stars only... the last visit on Monday 16.09. We had the Full breakfast & it wasn't it's usual up to scratch... there were 3 of us and all 3 Eggs were over done (usually nice and runny) and meal was not hot ... still tasty though... just wasn't the usual 100 % ...

It was easy to buy an e gift card for a present. Bear is a favourite coffee place!

Stop blocking the pavement with your stuff. Why should people have to walk around your rubbish and risk being in the road?

I am so impressed with this company! I ordered some boxes of the Bear Tea as part of a birthday gift for my boyfriend and one of the boxes arrived damaged. I reached out and the customer services team send me a replacement box and threw in an extra box as an apology too. Blown away by such a lovely gesture. Thank you!!

I love my coffee subscription - great beans & great service form the BEAR team!

This is my second chilli bottle purchase from Bear. Not because I needed a new one but wanted to keep one at work. The bottle is great for people on the go and is comfortable to hold. But more than anything the first class service I received is what makes this an exceptional business to buy from.

Online gift card was quick and easy to purchase.

Really easy to make an online gift purchase. Product was well packed and arrived promptly, a nice little ‘keep cup’.

The Uttoxeter Bear is also a lovely place to visit.

Had a problem with buying an e gift voucher. Contacted customer services and all very easily & competently sorted out.

I'm so fussy when it comes to teabags, and Bear's breakfast tea didn't disappoint. It brewed in a very impressive amount of time, was the perfect colour and tasted delicious.

Currently still sat in " Bear"- waiting for my daughters" mango iced green tea" - to actually get cold. They had forgot to actually put the ice in - so theoretically it was just a tea bag in luke warm water. After going to the counter asking asking for the whereabouts of the ice , we were met with an " icy" stare and the girl reluctantly went and put ice in whilst giving a mumbling excuse as to why it wasn't in...- It's a blooming iced tea!!!!!!!!

Looking for somewhere in Derby for an early breakfast & struggled. We then saw Bear on Irongate which looked inviting-opened at 8am. Popped our heads in to ask & Ollie could not have been more pleasant & helpful- the reason we decided to try Bear. After looking at a good choice of options I decided on poached eggs on sourdough toast - 2 lovely deep yellow yolk eggs perfectly cooked on a large slice of sourdough toast & a delicious herb butter for £6.90. Beautifully presented & absolutely filling. Add to that a great quality filter coffee (not the weak nasty stuff some places serve) for £2.90 with unlimited free refills until 10.30am. A really lovely surprise & a gem of a find. Would definitely recommend ( I had a peak at the lunch menu which also looks good). Will go back & on Ollies recommendation try the venue in Ashbourne- handy for anyone going out walking or vising the Peak District.
