Thank you for taking the time to come and see us and for writing such a thorough review. However, I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the experience you had with us recently. As a brand, we pride ourselves in delivering a consistent, premium product and level of service, so please rest assured that we are currently investigating this slip in standards as a matter of urgency.

Please rest assured that I will pass your comments on to our Senior Management for them to look in to the service you received from our team - as a brand, we pride ourselves (and often receive lovely compliments about) our high standards of service, so it's really disappointing for us to hear that this didn't show through during your visit.

Please pass on our very best wishes to your Mum, we hope she has a speedy recovery following her operation!

I really hope you'll come back to try us again soon. We'd love the opportunity to show you the great products and service that have earned us such a great local reputation!

Thanks for the review! It's great to hear that you're enjoying our pods, however I'm sorry to hear that they're occasionally getting stuck in your machine.

We test our pods on a number of different branded coffee pod machines, but it's difficult to cater to all of them. If you don't mind popping a quick email to hattie@bemorebear.co with your coffee machine make & model, this would be incredibly helpful for us in terms of developing our product!

Apologies again that you found our pods to jam occasionally - I really hope that this doesn't put you off using our product completely, and that we'll hear from you with the extra info about your coffee machine to help us solve what might be going wrong.

Thanks for taking the time to offer us this feedback! However I'm sorry that you weren't such a fan of our coffee pods. We are always looking for ways to improve and develop our pods so please rest assured that I will pass your comments on to our product development team for their consideration.

As a speciality coffee brand, we carefully roast all of our coffees to highlight the natural sweetness and delicious flavour profiles within the beans, which is why our pods have a ‘lighter’ flavour than many other more darkly-roasted pods that you may have tried before. We appreciate that our coffees are different to the average Nespresso® pod, but we’re so proud of the way we’ve managed to hold on to our signature delicious BEAR coffee taste that is served and loved by customers across all of our stores!

To really get the most out of your remaining BEAR pods, we recommend using 2x pods to create a 6oz coffee (we love using them to make Flat Whites - you can do this at home by steaming and adding your preferred milk, or instead just pour it all over ice for a summer cooler! ☀️☕️).
