Helped me to loose my Post Pregnancy weight. But my plan was so balanced that i never faced any issued while i am breastfeeding. I didnt had much time for exercise or even for walks. But still i had a transformation. Its been months i am off the plan and still able to maintain my weight without any effort.
The best part is i never felt like i am actually dieting. Its more like portion control with balanced food. And it has multiple options to choose from based on our day.
Manoj is really pushy for daily weight updates but it keeps us in check. If there is no significant change then he will call and ask to help us.

When I first started this weight loss diet plan, I honestly wasnât sure what to expect. I had tried other diets before - all fruit, green/red juice diet etc etc ..but nothing ever stuck.
Had earlier seen transformation stories of Bemyhealth clients on Twitter and i thought of giving myself a real good chance at it.
Over the course of a few months, I lost a whopping 14 kgs and the impact has been absolutely life-changing.
The plan itself was simple, balanced, and most importantly, sustainable. Nothing drastic, nothing that i couldnât do! It focused on portion control, whole foods, and a healthy mix of protein, fiber, complex carbs, and healthy fats. I didnât have to starve or completely cut out any food group which is what normally happens and thatâs what creates a fear mindset. That flexibility helped me stick with it and made it feel like a lifestyle change and a permanent fix to my life!
Emotionally and mentally, the process was a rollercoaster at times. In the beginning, I felt a bit overwhelmed â adjusting to new eating habits and a new schedule of eating and resisting old cravings wasnât easy. But after the first couple of weeks, as i saw the kilos drop on the scale , my energy levels noticeably improved. I started waking up feeling more refreshed, and my mood stabilized. What Be My Health did for me
I got in touch with Manoj from Be My health in the beginning of this month. I was actively working out since over a year or so but was not able to shed weight. I was losing inches upon regular working out but no shift in scale. This became very depressing and demotivating for me. I was 54 in 2020 and then post marriage, gained 10kgs eventually.
I stopped liking the person I saw in the mirror, stopped liking being clicked coz I felt this person is unknown. I suffer with Hypothyroidism, had minor symptoms of hormonal imbalance. My face, hands, feet were always swollen and I had accepted that itâs going to be so all my life as I have Thyroid. Then at the beginning of this year, I had made up my mind to make my health my priority.
And I knew I needed some professional help to get me on track. I also wanted to shed weight badly and go back to my before marriage weight, as in future whenever I decide to extend my family, the pregnancy weight should not add to the problem.
Spoke to Manoj in the first week of Januaryâ24 along with my blood reports. Shared my target and from 15th Jan, I was on my fitness journey. The scale that had not moved for over 2 years started descending weight since day 1. Till 45days I followed the regime that was given to me dedicatedly and with complete honesty. And we were seeing the results too. I immediately shed all the water weight, I was no more bloated, my inflammation(which I thought was a permanent side effect of thyroid) just vanished. I stopped feeling tired all day, sugar cravings disappeared. My skin was glowing, my hair fall reduced.
In the course of 90days, I lost 5-5.5kgs. It would have been 8-10kgs, but due to travelling, I ended up doing a lil cheating too..ð
