Well, I said great on my review because Brenda Bee,got me cover yesterday I sounded desperate and he was able to get to my request abd today I have my request granted. I appreciate your good work

Mr. Boakye was very nice, patient and answered all of my questions, Regarding all the health coverage questions I had. It was one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever endured.

He got me everything I needed easily and quickly.

He answers all my ? . And went beyond helping. He's in the right position.

Joe was very good at his job and helped me to sign up for a better policy. But he couldn't tell me how to cancel with Alliant, the company that I signed up with first.

Marcus is a good person that listens and understands what you're going through it took a lot of stress off me because I knew I was paid up in my insurance and I was having a procedure and then they texted me and said I had to have $800 first thing Monday morning and I did not have it and I already paid my copay all I'm saying is that he had an empathy for me and he fixed the problem everything is great and renewed in my 2026 insurance also thanks Marcus Blaylock....😊

I cannot get through tried calling no less than 6 times, different times of the day and on different day's, each time I get the recording that there is a three hour wait. I don't have a three hour battery on my phone to hold on that long. December 7th is fast approaching I despair of getting help.

Not happy at all and I want to cancel they told me that if they game me my member number and policy number the dentist would use it but its taking forever for the policy to start now I’m paying out of pocket cash so what was the point somebody contact me I want to cancel it

Customer Service was very Thorough

Anthony has been doing a great job! He has went above and beyond to help me with my insurance and after several long months of Aetna not doing right he finally got it working again for me to where I have health insurance again.

Tim Allen was friendly and walked us through each step and benefit.

The people are nice, there needs to be better coverage in healthcare. Right now we're in a waiting period which is so scary. There needs to be a way to get immediate coverage even if it means paying more for the first month. As a person not in the industry I don't know what needs to be done to make those changes, but someone needs to make it happen.

James a customer service representative was very helpful knowledgeable in what health plan that would work for me and a dental plan that will fit in my budget I really appreciate this service.

Tim kept it simple and made it easy to understand the policy details. So far, a very good experience. Thank you.

I was told Premuim wouldn’t come out til time due for enrollment but came out same day enrolled ahead of time. !!
