From an external perspective, my interactions with the company have raised several concerns regarding its leadership and internal culture. While the organisation outwardly promotes values of integrity and faith, there appears to be a significant disparity between this public image and the behaviour demonstrated internally by some members of leadership.

In particular, the marketing department seems to suffer from poor management. The marketing manager has exhibited behaviour that can be perceived as domineering and unnecessarily confrontational, which may contribute to a toxic working environment. There is also a notable focus on self-promotion rather than collaboration, which can hinder both internal progress and external partnerships.

Culturally, the company presents itself as values-driven, but its actions often suggest that financial priorities take precedence over ethical consistency. Moreover, there are signs of a lack of inclusivity and modern workplace awareness, especially regarding gender dynamics, which could be off-putting for individuals or organisations that value equity and respect.

Both operatives were very well presented, polite and worked tirelessly throughout the morning to get everything installed for us. their knowledge of our external planters and what was in them was excellent too. Very impressed!

I recently had a very unsettling experience involving a staff member from Benholm Group. While driving early in the morning, I was nearly hit by a silver Seat car driven recklessly by an individual who then stuck their middle finger up at me and shouted obscenities. Shocked by this behaviour, I watched the driver turn into the Benholm Group car park.
Curious and concerned, I later searched the Benholm Group website and identified the driver as the female marketing executive. This kind of behaviour is not only dangerous but also incredibly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company she represents.
As a member of the public, witnessing such conduct from a company representative was deeply concerning. I hope Benholm Group addresses this issue seriously and ensures their staff exhibit professionalism both inside and outside of work.

Michael took the time to understand what we wanted, gave us some great suggestions, and made the whole process a breeze. Jonny carried out our installation diligently and with such attention to detail, the whole team have been so friendly and easy to work with throughout.

The plants, and displays incorporating our company logo are amazing! Our office has never looked better, and the vibe is just so much fresher and brighter now. Not to mention, our team is loving the fresh vibes and improved air quality.

Great service from initial enquiry through to delivery of planters ordered to brighten up an exhibition hall for our event. The large planters were top quality and worked well. Would have no hesitation in using again.

New office space is looking fabulous following the installation from Benholm, a real addition to wellness for Citizens Advice staff in Glasgow.

I needed an artificial plant/flowers arrangement for two planters I had bought for my new office and didn't know where to start. Once I sent my initial online query to Benholm on a Sunday night, it became easy. Lesley replied before 9am on the Monday, we exchanged a few emails where she took time to send me pictures she took of certain flowers, then I called for a 2 min chat. By 10.30am I had sent my order form to her and she said she'd do her best to get it delivered by Xmas. On Fri 15th Dec, Tony delivered and arranged the display, finishing it off with bark and took time and care to ensure it looked great & he was thorough in cleaning up afterwards. It was a pleasure dealing with Benholm and if every company I deal with were like this, life would be a lot easier!!
