Cashed out jan 18/26, filled out their speed up form that says get paid 1 to 5 days. Well this is April 23/26 and still waiting. Corporate says we expedited your file. That did shit .payout still says pending and nobody gives a straight answer. Used to love this app now dont trust scammers

I used to be able to withdraw money easily from this app, but after the update in December 2025 my withdrawals have been stuck in limbo since January. I have around $200 I’m waiting for and another $200 I know is useless to try to withdraw. No updates. Do not recommend this app, it’s a waste of time.

Do not use this app! Ever since they upgraded the system, it is putting the payments into a never ending queue. I personally think they ran out money and are trying desperately to scam their players. Not only have they changed in their payouts, the daily amounts have been cut by 9/10! They also have a “cash queue “ that you have to wait two months for and then have to get 8,000 points to break the bank! After all that, you have to pay to break the bank! I have two amounts waiting in the queue. One in December and the other in early April. Do not use this app! It is a total scam. So sad to see such a good app go to pot!

Been waiting since December for payouts. Don’t want to do anything else through that app. How long do we have to wait? Makes me think this is a scam app.

It used to be amazing. Now they have people's money that they owe and there is absolutely zero support for it. I have a pending cashout but with no luck. I fear I'm going to have to report them to multiple people.

I have been waiting for payouts since December. The responses from customer support are automated. There is been no resolution.

I have a PayPal request that is still in queue from April 16th. On your website it states PayPal withdrawals are sent in minutes but in some cases it can take five hours. I used to be able to cash out the same day but like others I haven't received payment.

Like most other users, I’ve been waiting for payment. My withdrawal request has been in the queue for payment for over 3 months. I requested a cash out on January 12. I suspect they are in arrears and have no intention of paying anyone who is owed money. I highly suggest you do NOT do any their offers - this only lines their pockets and perhaps slowly, very slowly helps pay off their debt to us users. I want the money that I earned but really, at this point, I have almost zero hope.

Cashed out $75 months ago and still haven’t received my money. I was also charged for same-day payout, which never happened.

Support only sends automated responses and does not resolve anything.

What's going on with this app. I've waited over 2 months for my offers payouts to show up in my Benjamin account. Finally after waiting so long I go to withdraw and for my security my account is under review. So I can't withdraw it's been 10 days my account review was supposed to happen in 7. This place is a scam. They do not pay.

I have been waiting since February to get paid. I now have two cashouts pending totaling over $86 and have been waiting for months!
I do not recommend this company and I want the money that is owed to me. This company has become a SCAM!

90+ days no payout, with just excuses after excuses. We all need to contact the federal trade commission to look into this app for being deceptive and get it removed. Keeps saying due to high withdraws. Looked into that also and that’s another tactic apps due now to deceive you and phish your info online. I’m done waiting and we are all done being scammed for our info around ever single corner on every app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I have been waiting since DECEMBER for my payout. Like most of these people I saved up to have money for Christmas/bills. I did the payout right after the new update and payout and im STILL waiting. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!

I have been waiting for almost 3 months for an almost $200 payout. Not only are they charging for the separate payouts, but after countless back and forths of “our apologies rest assured you’re in the queue, I haven’t seen a single cent. I feel so scammed! Considering better business bureau or looking into class action if they don’t give me my promised money soon. I’m a law student and will ask my instructors.

I cashed out Dec 10th and am still waiting to receive the money.

I requested a $50 payout in January and another $50 in February. I have not received either.

Was 5, now 1. If rewards dont go missing as problem 1, problem 2 is waiting 90+ days to hit your "wallet" to cash out. Instant Cash-Out costs .99cents to venmo or paypal. You need 25$ min to cash out and then they max u at 50$ So for 56$ i had to pay the .99 twice. Then they make u wait anywhere from 30days to over 12 months in a queue to get your money with no estimated time frame, and customer service almost never responding. This app needs to be shut down. I cashed out 3/23 and 3/24 and its now 4/16. no money. no answers.

I have also been waiting for a $50.00 payment since December 9th 2025 and 3 others 2 in January 2026 and 1 from February 2026. The 4 payments in queue total over $130. The December payment stated would take more than 94 days to post to PayPal. I reached out to customer service and get the same generic response that you find in their frequently asked questions. I would really like to know if anyone has received payments since December 2025 when they opened up the payment system for requesting withdrawals.

It’s a scam my money has been in the queue since March 12 and they will send you some B.S. excuse like do to many withdrawals we had to do this or that and at this point I’m just waiting to sign up for the class action lawsuit they owe me and my brother both over 150 on each account…DO NOT PLAY IT …It used to pay off and now it doesn’t so go to Mistplay or another app it has paid me over 100 already since I stopped playing that fraudulent Benjamin App….Let me repeat DO NOT PLAY THAT APP ITS A SCAM

The app used to be great. Great pay and great payout. Ever since their 3 month “upgrade” it’s been crap. Now it’s $25 min and $50 max payout per day, but it doesn’t even matter because they aren’t sending the money. I’ve been waiting for a $50 payment since January 13th and another $26 payment since March 18th. I send them an email and get a robo email asking how they did resolving the issue. I give them a thumbs down response and never hear from them again. I noticed that you can use your winnings to gamble with, but that’s not what I want plus if there was a big payout I doubt I’d ever see it. I would not recommend this app.
