Arrived within the stated delivery time, and well packaged.

On opening the jiffy bag, the packaging and case looked the part, and fitted the Phone snuggly , feels and looks great with no excess size being out on the phone.

However within a few hours the fingerprint marks on the back are horrendous, worse than any other case I have owned, also after 2 small charges on a Magsafe you can see a circle mark already on the back.

If I had purchased from somewhere like Amazon it would have definitely been returned, However time will tell how good your customer service is.

Non do 0 stelle solo perché non posso.. servizio sgradevole..non rispondono mai alle e-mail.. un pacco deve ancora arrivarmi da non so quanti giorni che è stato spedito..non trovo un numero per contattarli, ho speso bei soldi e il loro famosissimo corriere 4px(che fa schifo) non mi da notizie del mio pacco..ho mandato l ultima e-mail per fare capire loro le mie intenzioni.. e nessuna risposta..passerò per vie legali..che si pensano ti truffare la gente così?! Vi aggiornerò in futuro… lasciate perdere Benks non serve a niente..

Ho acquistato sia una pellicola che una cover, ma sono rimasto davvero deluso dalla qualità. Pellicola sottilissima, la cover invece è una normalissima cover di plastica che non protegge minimamente il telefono, al contrario di ciò che sponsorizzano. Ho voluto provare la pellicola opaca e già che c'ero ho preso anche la cover, ma è stato un errore. 100 volte meglio Spigen.

These are my favourite cases for the iPhone 15 pro. They fit great, feel premium and look amazing. Price-point is just right in my opinion. Shipping to Switzerland was fast especially considering that i ordered right after the new iPhones were announced.

Not only quality products from good materials with the right aesthetics, but also great customer service when something’s wrong.

This is a great case, the aramid fibre is woven in a way that creates grip and has a really unique feel and texture. The case fits perfectly and is minimal & well designed.

Really high quality product and super helpful customer service, like... rediculously helpful... I have purchased the ipad stand, iphone case and magclap battery off them and the level of quality is so close to Apple itself I am super happy

I researched Benks and the iPad pen before purchasing March 17, 2023. There were great reviews for their products and for customer service on the Benks site, youtube, and on other sites. I took a chance an purchased the iPad pen from the Benks website. My item got lost with the shipping company DHL and I was told to contact Benks so they could find my item or issue a refund. I have contacted customer service 6 times and they have opened my email on 3 of the 6 occasions (I have email tracking on my email) over the past two weeks with no response. I understand that items get lost in transit everyday and that's not the reason I'm frustrated. I'm frustrated because no one has contacted me to try to resolve the issue in two weeks. I had purchased another item from Benks on the same day and received the item in less than a week. I was under the impression that Benks was a reputable company. I was hoping for at least an acknowledgement of my issue.

I ordered their MagClap battery pack for my iPhone on the 23rd of January and it is currently almost three later and there is no sign of it being delivered. The tracking number stopped working after the 26th of January, and I haven’t received any information since. I have emailed the company who responded a day or two later saying they will get back to me but they didn’t. So when I emailed them again, they said that they will talk with the shipping company and update me, which they still haven’t. I thought the company was reputable seeing all the YouTube reviews but I guess they send them money to give out good ratings.

I have brought a "Traveller Pro Car Charger" and "iPhone 14 pro max screen protector" under order Order 85815942.
I have received a Screen protector however Traveller Pro Car Charger is missing from the delivery. I am not sure what they have sent out or not. No communication so far.
The screen protector is faulty where I pulled the label and it has been torn in the middle of the mobile which cause the whole screen protector to waste.
It is not a cheap one and I paid $60 for the same.

I have sent my query via email, lets's see what happens

Purtroppo ho effettuato un acquisto sbagliato di una cover, sono già un paio di giorni che provo a scrivere via mail al support, ma mi rispondo sempre nella stessa identica maniera, senza indicarmi soluzioni corrette e puntali.

dall'acquisto all'arrivo del prodotto sono passati circa 20 gg.

in questo momento vorrei rispedirlo, ma l'assistenza non mi da corrette indicazioni per la spedizione.
