What an amazing company came my house to replace my boiler when the old one had broken and left me with no hot water they fitted me in at short notice the three of them work so well together and with all this Covid at the moment they were so professional left there mask on the whole day will defo be using again

Fantastic. I cannot recommend Karl highly enough. He was rushed off his feet when I contacted him but still managed to get to me the next day before 8am. Not only does he know his stuff (he sorted out the underfloor heating really quickly) he was incredibly helpful and polite. I was so impressed with his work. I cannot praise him highly enough.

Heating packed up just before Christmas and after exhausting two insurance policies on the old boiler and plumbing Karl Bennett was recommended. On the first appointment he was quick to assess what needed to be done and gave a rough figure there and then, backed up on email later. Big tick, no lengthy discussions and debates on price. He then helped to arrange 0% finance which was very appreciated given time of year. This did not influence price either. Next he prioritised us to get sorted early in the New Year.
On the day him and his team were efficient, professional, personable and reliable. Karl had arranged for the additional requirements to be undertaken - e.g. fitting replacement shower, bricklayer for smaller vent. And he kept us updated at each stage. Given Covid they remained socially distanced as much as possible and were masked up the whole time.
I can not rate them highly enough.

Bennettheating installed a boiler for me last week. From the quotation visit to the installation, Karl and his guys were polite and informative. They worked hard to get the job completed in one long day and left the area clean and tidy. I am very happy with their work so far; I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Karl and his team arrived on time, worked hard for the 2 days they required to complete the installation. They did a very neat job and left everywhere tidy. I am well pleased with the quality of the work.

Had a complete gas central heating system installed .Punctual,efficient,polite very impressed with how they worked together to achieve the end result .It involved a lot of disruption they kept it to a minimum.

Arrived on time (08.00 hrs) to replace our boiler, magna filter, 3 radiators, flush system and commission. Started work immediately laying dust sheets, turning off water and draining the system. Worked methodically and cleanly, stopping for a couple of short breaks. They explained why and what they were doing during the work. A fair price was agreed and all work was completed the same day and the property was left clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend Karl & Alan to anyone looking for good tradesman.

Would highly recommend Karl and his team. After finding ourselves with no hot water or heating and a broken boiler he went out of his way to come out and provide us a quote. After discussing flexible payment plans he was able to fit our new boiler swiftly and had us up and running within 48 hours. Thank you Karl.

Extremely pleased with the new boiler and replacement radiators. Superb work.

We had an old back boiler and tanks removed, new hall radiator and new combi boiler fitted with Nest thermostat. All workers arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. Karl, Alan, Gil & Phil did a great job with the Heating work and Liam with the electrics. Job was complete in 2 days and everywhere was left tidy when they finished. Highly recommend

Bennettheating installed our new central heating boiler to the timetable agreed with the minimum disruption. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them.

Great boiler replacement. Boiler system also reconfigured from removal of loft expansion tank to sealed pressurised system with the addition of magnetised filter to clean the water within the system. All workmanship excellent and tidy and very quick
