It was my first time using Ben’s Bus Ski transfer from Geneva to StMartin de Belle , everything from booking, communication and transport was first class, I was a little nervous as traveling on my own to meet my family who live in France, but it was perfect there and on return, I thoroughly recommend them thank you for a perfect transfer Linda x

The Ben's Bus return transfer was arranged by Heidi ski holidays. Everything was so smooth from the moment if arrival with clear explanation of how long journey would take and drop off points. Return was even simpler with a reminder email of pickup location and time. Couldn't have been easier.

Great service ! They even called me to be sure I was going to make the bus, the passport control was a very long queue . It took the worry from me knowing they were expecting me !

Very slick. All very easy and the driver was kind enough to get me closer to me hotel which I appreciated hugely.
The buses go quite frequently and to so many different resorts. I can strongly recommend them.

A smooth experience from start to finish. Flights unexpectedly changed after booking the transfers and Ben was happy to amend this for us. There was a rep at Grenoble to meet us as soon as we moved through passport control and they were helpful and even got us on the road early. Communication was great and we would definitely use them again.

I would like to highlight the efficiency of Bensbus as a company. First of all, their core service is exactly what you would expect: the booking process is smooth, the service is reliable, and everything runs efficiently. There is truly nothing to complain about.

Beyond that, I want to specifically highlight their exceptional customer support based on my personal experience. I forgot one of my bags on one of their buses and had completely lost hope of ever seeing it again. However, the Bensbus team (thanks again Matt!) went above and beyond to help me. They managed to locate the bag, to track where it was, and coordinate its journey from one place to another - while keeping me updated throughout the process - until it was returned to Geneva Airport and eventually shipped back to me in London!

This level of dedication and efficiency is truly impressive - great to see that everyone involved handled the situation with honesty and integrity… Bravo, to the entire team—I will definitely be using Bensbus again next year for my next ski trip!!

I've been using bensbus for many years and it has always proven to be highly reliable. The buses are always tidy and the customer team are alway responsive to individual needs.

Had a mess up on my uni ski trip and needed to get back to Val Thorens. The colleagues at Geneva Airport were super proactive and quickly helped me out and explained my options. Paying on the website was super easy. The bus ran on time (3 hours) both ways, and the team surrounding communicated really well the onboarding process. The buses were never too crowded nor too loud; very respectful. Not only did Ben'sBus quickly help me out and lay out my options but gave super affordable price of around £50 (£3 surcharge on Sundays) each way. Without them don't know what I would have done! Thank you!

Easy to book, good value bus travel. My flight was delayed and I missed my transfer but the helpful, friendly staff found me a seat on the next available bus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a straightforward ski transfer.

I have used Ben’s Bus’s for several years. Always well organised, always on time and super helpful when delayed flights etc upset your schedule. If they operate to my ski resort, I will always use them.

This was our 1st time booking our own transfers (only ever went with big holiday chains) On arrival to Grenoble airport Bens Buses staff were easy to spot and plenty of staff to get info from. Transfer was smooth, we were given all info needed (time to resort, road conditions etc) were were took to resort (Alpe D'huez) where there had been a huge down pour of snow that previous week causing some roads to be unaccesable, on arrival to resort the police had roads closed so all 4 stops did need to get off at one location (as was everone else arriving in resort that day) this was fine and out of anyones control and we walked to our hotel no issues. Pick up the following Saturday was great, had a personal welcome and a straight forward drive back to the airport. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you 🙂
