Only got a single quote-deposit isn't a deposit
Only got a single quote. Didn't find it very transparent that the 40 euro deposit they ask for isn't actually a deposit - it's for the privilege of sending you the single quote and making contact with someone who will do the BER. If this was clearer I would have found my own single quote.

Don't.
The man who did my assessment put the wrong date of build on my report. I asked him to correct it many times, but he's too busy,he says. He could correct it and send it as quick as he sends the apology email. It's now October. It was done in June.
Pffff.

Extremely disappointing service
Extremely disappointing service, I called and followed up a number of times and still I haven’t heard back from the persons whose quote I accepted. Still awaiting a call back for a refund of my deposit. I would not recommend at all.

Requested a quote for BER Cert for these and entered home details , anyone care to guess how much I got a quote for a mid terrace 4 bed €€€ 560 euro!!’ What a scam entered different address but same house details and got a quote for €360 . Both quotes are way off the mark . Got recent quotes buying my current home plus selling my last home which was bigger and it was half . STAY AWAY From chancers and scammers looking for quick yeses on overpriced quotes!’
