Consumer rights non existent with these Chinese charlatans. No returns accepted. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM. They will not take back returns of poor quality goods. Try Amazon. Higher priced but guaranteed return. Never again. Very angry 😞

I bought a Berny automatic titanium watch a month ago - I'm delighted with it. The watch face is beautifully clear and easy to read, even in the dark, while it keeps perfect time. I have a small collection of watches - this is now my favourite, despite its modest price (just over £100). Recommended.

I bought a skeleton watch from Berny after seeing in on Berny website. Excellent service from purchase to receiving the watch in UK. The watch is beautifully designed with a transparent mechanism. So far it is keep the time accurately and I am impressed by the design, and build. Thank you Berny for bringing such an amazing product to everyone.

I bought two Berny watches on 10/2025, and now one, the AM210M 28800A, has a mechanical misalignment. It does not hit the markers accurately. It looks 1/2 hour off the marker. Too bad because the AM210M is a great-looking piece is a great-looking piece! I would buy it again because my Berny automatic Compressor Diver Watch V4-AM439M is still working! But I can't be re-buying the same watch every 7 months and I am not sure a new one will not have the same issue.
I contacted the BERNY® WATCH Official Store on April 20th, 2026 but did not receive a response.

My first watch I bought from Amazon. Love the watch. Second bought direct - the watch arrived fine but the return process is a headache. I had to pay for return which I did, it has been received, but they are not confirming it in order to process the refund - hopefully they do else will raise with my bank and card company to claim it from them. If you buy, get from Amazon - watches are generally very good.

This is my first Berny watch and it definitely won't be my last. The design is so unique and I've already received several compliments on it. It has a nice weight to it—not too heavy, but feels solid and well-made. Everything from the sapphire crystal to the strap is top-notch. Truly a gem for any watch collector on a budget!

I ordered a 22 mm BERNY silicone watch strap on February 9. The product itself finally arrived and it seems fine, and they even included a small keychain as a gift.

However, the buying experience was unnecessarily stressful. After placing the order, I did not receive any confirmation email or shipping information. When I checked my account on the website, it even showed that I had no orders in progress. I had to contact customer service several times to understand what was happening.

Eventually they explained that shipments were delayed due to the Chinese New Year holiday, but this information was not clearly communicated when I placed the order. Customers should be informed about such delays beforehand.

After multiple emails and even considering contacting my bank, they finally provided a tracking number and the package arrived.

So in the end the product arrived, but the lack of communication and transparency made the experience much worse than it should have been.

Recently, I purchased a Berny AM050M automatic watch, and it was delivered on time. The watch is simply fantastic. It features a beautifully crafted 316L stainless steel Daniel Roth–style case with a sapphire crystal, along with a high-beat Miyota 9100 movement. The watch includes several impressive complications and offers chronometer-grade accuracy comparable to COSC-certified standards. My favorite feature is the highly useful power reserve indicator, which adds both practicality and charm to the dial.
What makes it even more impressive is its price—around $200. I am truly grateful to Berny and Miyota for jointly creating a watch that makes such a dream attainable for middle-class watch enthusiasts like me.

I'm absolutely obsessed with my Berny watch—this has been such a fantastic purchase!
The watch itself checks every box: it is exactly as advertised, it keeps time flawlessly, and the strap is sturdy and holds up great with daily wear. It's clear this is a well-made piece I'll be proud to sport for years.
I also want to highlight the excellent customer service I got right off the bat. I struggled a bit with removing the watch links to get the perfect fit, and their team was so dedicated and patient walking me through it.
If you're on the fence about buying one—just do it. The after-sales care is top-tier, and this watch has turned me into a lifelong fan!

Returned a watch immediately after delivery due to very poor luminescence and being nothing like the photos on their website.
This was SIX weeks ago and I'm having to chase them for a refund.
I spoke with customer service and they accepted my return... Giving me a UK address to send it to. Which I did, recorded delivery. Have now had to raise a claim with natwest.
Absolutely appalling service. If you're going to buy a Berny... Buy it through Ali Express as they seem to know what they're doing.

I have never had a worse shopping experience than with Berny Watch.

I bought this watch as a very meaningful gift for a loved one. Right out of the box, it had issues: the watch ran inaccurately, and the strap started peeling off after just a few days of use. It was truly embarrassing to give such a defective gift to someone.

I contacted Berny Watch for support. They promised to send a replacement, but weeks went by with complete silence. I asked for a tracking number, no response. I requested a return satchel as per consumer protection laws, and again, no reply at all.

Berny Watch sells faulty products and shows zero respect for customers. Do not be fooled by their polished advertising. Once they have your money, you are on your own with a broken product.

If you are thinking about buying Berny Watch as a gift, think again. Your meaningful present could turn into worthless junk, and you’ll be left with nothing but frustration and silence.

Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from Berny Watch.

Ordered a diver watch from the official BERNY store on AliExpress. It was dispatched the following day and arrived in the UK within a couple of days which was impressive.
The watch is fantastic, I have a lot of watches, many costing much more, but the quality is easily up there with my more expensive pieces.
The dispatch time, communication from BERNY and tracking information were all excellent.
Very happy with the watch and wouldn't hesitate to buy another watch from BERNY.

I received this as a very thoughtful gift from my parents.

Watch was DOA. Clock hands run slow, no matter how many times they are calibrated.

They promised to send a new one, however I am still yet to receive it weeks later and when I ask for a tracking number I get radio silence.

At one point they asked me to return it, I asked for a return satchel (as is the law for warranty returns in Australia under ACL), and again, radio silence.

So if you want to get scammed into buying a broken watch and not be able to get your money back - or worse if you're like me and it was a gift they can't even COMPREHEND the fact that the gift giver might live THOUSANDS of KM away from where YOU are.

Waste of money.

The watch looks absolutely amazing, just how I imagined it would be. The quality is very very good and everything is on point. I got the Women Quartz square gold watch and it is so dainty and pretty down to the smallest detail. Not to mention, the price is great and low for such a good quality watch. It is the perfect watch and I love it so much. I would definitely recommend it.
