I keep seeing the same complain over and over again of the same women being rude in Warrington branch and she did thesame thing to me today, completely unprofessional, unpleasant, rude. She kept putting the phone down on me and won't let me talk to someone else.
She has no respect for the company and act like she can do anything and get away with it. Obviously she is getting away with it.

DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS TO THIS AGENCY. AND THE JOBS THEY'RE POSTING ARE NOT AVAILABLE OR FAKE JOBS. BEWARE.

Collette who i unfortunately had to speak to twice is extremely patronising and rude. I really needed some help over the phone and was spoken to very badly. When I asked her why she was being so rude she cancelled my registration. Terrible member of staff

Started with them sept 25, very polite, in asking am availble even with some short notice placements.
Can only work part time, working agency fits in with my personnel life the app to accept works well paid every friday.
Use of whats app helps for quicker response

The woman that rang my phone on FaceTime today she was rude abrupt and didn’t let me finish each question , wanted either yes or no , she then wanted me to read her mind with my answers !

So glad I came on here to see she is consistently the same throughout

I ended the call, blocked and emailed berry recruitment to say exactly what I have put on this review
No response as of yet !!!

So if you want to feel incapable incompetent invisible then get an interview with berry recruitment with the female that has shoulder length grey hair stout looking around 60 years old and apply ….. good luck !!!

Don't give them your details. Most there jobs are fake. They just collecting people s data.

Cannot go to agency and apply directly for job, only by using app which comes with difficultys which made not possible to get simple job.

One of the worse recruitment agencies to work for ever tell you what you wanna hear dont tell the truth and can be rude also take money off you for a dbs when you are not told at all they leave that bit blank and send you to places but not tell you what its like and wat u are walking in too piss poor to work for avoid of u can have had a bad experience with these guys

I applied for a job & received an email to say someone would be in contact. Nobody ever contacted me, even when I sent a follow up email & the job expired. Why bother saying you will contact people, if you dont bother!!!!

I just attempted to register with Berry Recruitment who uses an app for registration instaed of simplu accepting a recruits documents through email like I ususally do. I found their app very difficult to use and not accepting of my identification verification (Photo) so I have withdrawn. I wonder if anyone else has had this issue...every other agency/organization, company I have applied to or registered with accepts emailed documents etc. I give Berry recruitment a 1 star review on that basis alone and won't recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for work through employment agencies and hass issues with app based registration processes.

I had a deeply upsetting experience with this agency（Warrington Branch）. When I called to follow up on my application, the staff member was incredibly rude and used unprofessional language. Instead of de-escalating the situation, they were hostile and eventually disabled my account simply because I challenged their poor conduct.

When I raised a concern, their response was to deny the facts and claim I was the one being uncooperative. I stand firmly by my account of the call. I have now formally submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR) under UK GDPR to obtain the call recording and all internal notes regarding this incident.

If you are a professional job seeker with valid qualifications (like my Level 2 Food Safety), I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This agency does not respect candidates and attempts to silence feedback by disabling accounts. I will be escalating this matter to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if my data request is not handled legally.

What a terrible image this company projects. Do not apply for their offers. After my experience, especially at the Warrington branch, I can say they lack professional ethics. Instead of helping you find a role that fits your profile, they demean you and treat you with total lack of empathy. Save your time and your mental health look elsewhere.

The staff are professional and wonderful especially Millie and Faith

I am over three years experience in berry recruitment Darlington,my first agency to work with , I am very excited to work with berry recruitment Darlington, because Millie has been so good to me and always attending to my problems accordingly.
Millie is a very excellent person when come to problem solving.
Suggestion. I want berry recruitment Darlington improve its hours and pay of work .

The person in charge of the Warrington Recruitment is very rude! I was explaining myself but she kept responding in a demeaning manner.
That was very unprofessional of her.
When I decided to end the call, she couldn’t care less.
Because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean take it out on people! After all, we’re all humans, it’s unfair.

Issue 1: I actually was notified that I had received a job or interview or something and had to log in to Berry recruitment to view it, but I couldn't log in and all the options they gave on the phone to recover password, change login etc didn't work. So the system has a fault.
Issue 2: I called the Oxford branch again to figure this out again, and the receptionist asked for a screenshot video which I sent to him. He never viewed it, so I called and asked him to view it, but he never did... The admin department never fixed it, and he never even viewed my screen capture even though he said he'd sent it to the admin or tech department. Receptionist was friendly and chill but just lied to me. I never heard back, its been two months. I'm young and familiar with technology/logins/etc so it wasn't my user error.

So this company, they actually failed at their ONE JOB to get me a job, because when I ACTUALLY GOT A JOB through them, I COULDN'T VIEW IT, AND THEY JUST FOROT ABOUT ME. So I 'lost' that job. Literally failed at their one job. Waste of time try somewhere else.

This is a review about my experience with berry it has been good the lady I have been in contact with summer has been really helpful with my shifts and helping me actually get the job so thank you.

I have been with Berry for a few months now and Summer has been exceptional. Any issues I've had have been delt with fast and efficiently. Summer has also been a great middle man/women between myself and the company Berry has put me with.

On my experience I highly recommend Berry!!!

Summer has been a fantastic agent in times I was really desperate for work...she went beyond her means to get me signed up with currys....I am now on a permanent contract with them thanks to her....brilliant summer...thankyou so much 😁
