Flame to the cooking vessel height is higher so need to spend more gas for cooking. It is because of the grid on the burner height is higher.

Excellent service and installation

Excellent service and installation a lovely range cooker. It’s the first time I have changed from Gas to Induction hob and it so efficient and much quicker and cleaner than my old gas appliance

Registering the device was a problem


Registering the device was a problem every time your system didn't recognize the sticker that was pasted on the instruction manual didn't match.... It made it difficult to register, I hope I succeeded in the end, I didn't compromise on the oven and that's why I purchased Bretazzoni. I would love to know that my oven was registered legally.

I registered my appliances

I registered my appliances, yet when I log in to my account, they are asking me to enter in all of the information again. Also the instructions in their user manuals are poorly written and incomplete.

Avoid their fridges and warning about customer service

The range top and oven are great and the dishwasher is fine, but we would suggest avoiding their fridges. We took a deal to have all three from Trail (a Vancouver-based appliance retailer). The fridge door shelf broke (literally cracked open) within a year and Bertazzoni not only would not replace it, but was incredibly difficult to get in touch with them. It took two months for them to return our e-mail about the fridge part and we never heard from their local rep. Maybe this is part of the growing pains of coming into a relatively new market for them (Canada), but the service we got seems really unusual and unnecessary. Hopefully they figure out what good customer service requires, but overall, we were disappointed in what should have been an easy fix for them with no skin off their backs.

Oven unusable because Bertazzoni has no U.S. parts

$15 part, 6+ week wait — oven unusable because Bertazzoni has no U.S. parts
A simple repair on our Bertazzoni wall oven has turned into a long and frustrating experience because of parts availability in the United States.

The temperature control selector mechanism failed. It’s a small component that costs about $15, but the oven cannot be used without it.

After contacting parts suppliers and Bertazzoni support channels, we learned that the part is not available in the U.S., even though it appears to exist in Italy. The estimated timeline to obtain it is about 1.5 months.

What is most frustrating is that there was:
• no option for expedited shipping
• no drop-shipping from Italy
• no clear solution offered

So a premium oven becomes completely unusable for weeks over a tiny mechanical part.

This experience highlights a larger issue: Bertazzoni sells premium appliances in the United States but does not appear to maintain a reliable parts inventory or service infrastructure here.

Bottom line: if you live in the U.S., be aware that even a very small repair can leave your appliance unusable for weeks.

Recommendation: I would not buy Bertazzoni appliances in the United States.

Italian beauty
