I wish I could give zero stars. They took my money and never delivered my order. Pieces of $h!t

Purchased two ski suits from them and they were nothing but a pair of thin pyjamas. Complete con and scam . Do not trust this company. They should be removed immediately from trading. Just another scam!

I ordered two Viking coats. They are not what they had showed. It would be and they are way too small for the size. They say they’re supposed to be. I can’t use these. My dress was never delivered they said it was. I asked for proof and they can't. They stole money, lied, scammed. Refuse to do anything about it. Ive been fighting for months about getting what I bought. They don't care about customers as long as they get money they don't care if you don't get the product

This is an utter scam site ordered ski suites from them they sent me Lycra printed thin material suites that were huge in size. Absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. This company is operating under new site called candancesale.com

I originally searched for that site and nothing came up! But the domain for that site was only couple of months old. The original scam shop operates under Bertlove.shop! DONT NOT FALL FOR EITHER OF THESE SITES.
I’ve written to request a refund but I doubt I will get anything. I’m therefore raising it with my credit card company too.

Definitely a scam. You’ll never see whatever you purchased and you will never get a refund. They won’t even respond to you from any email they leave as a contact.

This is 100% a con they taken your money and run away with your money 100% a con do not use them

The items I ordered and received are not as described and advertised, nor to the size as ordered, not the correct material as they are not leather, you can see through the material, and they are basically just printed on cheap material. The items would barely fit a young child considering the order was xxxl. This firm is acting illegally and should be closed down. They are a scam. No refund yet.

Do you represent Ellefell.shop,if so I've order a $52.52on a item from the I've kept my eyes on the package, I never got my package, I tried going through the process by contacting who I can,just to get block by this company,, all I want now is my refund,any idea who I can talk to?

The item that I received does not represent what I ordered and the size is nowhere near. I ordered a 5XL to ensure it would fit but the item is only a medium at best. Also I have waited over a month for delivery.
Please advise how I can receive a repayment.

Awful stay away from if I could give no stars I would . Waiting on a refund since December said I’d receive in 15 days I’m still waiting on it . Do not buy from!

They clam to be leather and it’s not even fake leather at best it weighs about 80lb when it’s actually couple ounces needs to be crystal clear what it is
