Bertucci customer service never responded after multiple requests for updates on my order. Multiple. In addition, they only ship via USPS and it takes weeks to receive your delivery.

I tried to buy a Bertucci watch in the Netherlands but they are simply not available anywhere, so I ordered one (275 Euro plus shipping 36 Euro) online at the official Bertucci site on 23-05-2024, The watch was send to me and arrived safely packed on my doorstep at 31-05-2024. Perhaps a bit of delay due to a weekend and Memorial day in between.
Everything went very smooth and the watch was safely packed.
This was the first time I imported something from the USA so it came a bit as a surprise to me when I had to pay an additional custom import tax of 89 euro.
I should have known it of course.

The watch is absolutely gorgeous and everything I expected it to be.
I simply couldn't find a more beautiful watch anywhere else in the same price quality range.

I can advice anyone to give it a try.

PLEASE READ! The watch is incredible, but please be patient with customer service. They do a lot of stuff in the background but don't communicate with you. Just be patient and be specific in your questioning and you'll have a good experience (call them too - don't email)

The watch itself is a tank. Single piece, and the NATO style straps are very nice. Built solid.

I just received my first Bertucci watch.. I more than happy with it.. it looks great and feels good on my wrist. I am really happy with customer service as well. I asked them to swap out the watchband before it was shipped which was done free of charge... I'm looking forward to buying another one...I recommend this watch to anyone who works hard and wants a great durable watch...

You must wait answer for ages. If you ask same thing few times you get the answer. If not you will never get the answer. Unfortunate that so nice products are sold with so bad customer service that in the end you do not dare to buy.
