Booksi very quickly responded to my post. I am very impressed with the action they have taken.

I loved the tops but delivery took a really long time.

Loved the 2 tops I purchased when they finally came. The wait time was long enough, I began to think I’d been scammed. I think that’s the downside of ordering online.

My experience was terrible. The tops did not fit and I used your measurements to determine size. Your return process was impossible and you kept offering a small refund that allowed me to keep the tops. The tops were useless to me. Eventually you gave me a return address that was not in the United States and I would have to pay postage. I will never order from them again.

My shipment came much quicker than I had expected or even hoped. The box was delivered safely to my front door in a few short days and I am so very excited to use it on my upcoming projects.

Was very happy with quality of material and workmanship. Will definitely order more!

The two tops and one sweater I ordered are absolutely beautiful. I am quite pleased.
Delivery was another story. It took forever for my items to arrive. My email inquiries were answered in a reasonable amount of time but those items were just not arriving. When I requested a tracking number, I was sent one that did not appear to be valid. I was very close to reporting besoia as a scam when my lovely items were finally delivered.
My items appear to be well made and of good quality.

I like two of the three blouses I purchased - and get compliments on them. It took a while to receive them, considering they come from China (not, as the website says, from the US). They're well priced, and have held up well after washing. I'd consider ordering from Besoia again.

Complete junk just like everything else I have purchased on Facebook ads. I threw the shirts into the garbage. The shirts were cut wrong, poorly put together and nothing at all like the pictures. I should have known better. Buyer beware.

Good fit, love the jacket so much I got 3 different colors. The dress fits good. The turtle neck is not tight but close to it.

The only way to write a review is if you state you were happy with your order. They state they are an American Co but that is a lie. You can’t return or exchange an item. They are a company from D’Bai. Stay away from them!!

the product sizes are seriously off. the quality of the print is not good.... blurry

Products are good quality, sizing is very different depending on style. They run a little small. Despite advertising "free returns within 30 days" I had to pay an additional $17 to EXCHANGE two of the three shirts I ordered. One due to sizing, the other was not as pictured. Also, very long shipping time. Over two weeks. Once I sent shipping money for return, they said within two weeks I would recieve exchanges. That was Dec. 27th, today is Jan 12th. No shipment yet.

Nice tops. Took awhile to get them

I ordered four tops in my first order. They fit extremely well, are well made, and are unique. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will be ordering again.

Items arrived before Christmas. The items ran small but fit my daughter so she was happy

The sweaters are nice. I lost some weight and should of ordered the small but they are alright.
