WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS!

Paid thousands for composite bonding done by SYED FRAZ ALI. The treatment has failed spectacularly on bottom teeth - enamel clearly visible on one tooth and has become painful, bonding chipped off, edges are jagged and uneven.

Followed their complaints procedure but SYED FRAZ ALI AND BESPOKE DENTAL HAVE LARGELY IGNORED MY COMPLAINT AND FAILED TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN PROCEDURE AND PROVIDE TIMELY RESPONSES. Naturally SYED FRAZ ALI ignored the points raised and denied responsibility for the failure of his atrocious workmanship which looks like the handiwork of an incompetent and unprofessional person.

LEGAL ACTION IS BEING PREPARED TO EXPOSE AND FORCE SYED FRAZ ALI AND BESPOKE DENTAL TO RESPOND AND OFFER SOLUTIONS, RATHER THAN BRAZENLY IGNORE COMPLAINANTS!

Caveat Emptor!

Being a very very nervous patient needing Emergancy treatment I couldn’t have been put more at ease. Options of treatment explained to enable me to make the right decision. Once decision was made the treatment was completely painless.
Even phoned me the day after to check I was ok.

I would not recommend. I had composite bonding done and it was a terrible job done and kept breaking off within the first year. Not only that I had to get a tooth removed as the dentist put a filling onto my nerve which caused excruciating pain. So not only did I pay for a white filling I then had to pay for the tooth to be removed, the dentist used excessive force which then caused a severe soft tissue infection in my jaw and also arthritis where I now cannot eat without being in pain. My bonding now is worse than ever and they want me to pay over £200 for little chips even though they've left me in severe pain every single day. Made a complaint and was told to go visit the dentist who completed the work in Barnsley. Complaint filed to the CQC, an now starting legal proceedings for medical negligence, an emotional distress. I am outraged that I spent over £4k here when I look at the state I've been left in. Most unhelpful place I've ever come across, don't care about patients at all. Not willing to rectify any of the problems either. I will continue to post my story to warn people as I'll now spend the rest of my life in pain with the TMJ and Arthritis I've been left with due to this practice!!

Similar to another reviewer’s experience here, I had an emergency appointment where the dentist told me that they cannot do anything to my fractured crown. I asked the dentist since I was there and he didn’t do anything for my tooth to remove a small piece of another crown. Surprisingly, when I wanted to leave the clinic, they asked me for 30£ more on top of the consultation fees. However, it’s worth mentioning that before even agreeing the appointment, I confirmed with the receptionist that the dentist either make a new crown for me or fix it and none was done for me and I was charged 49£ for the consultation that yielded into nothing. I truly believe that the 49£ is unfair because the constitution didn’t lead into a solution. Also, while this dentist said they cannot do anything to it, another dentist glued my fractured tooth and only changed me for the consultation fees.

Such a beautiful clinic and excellent experience. Had composite bonds with Dr Hussain and could not be happier! They look amazing.. better than I thought possible!

My son has acute anxiety and serious health issues. He has suffered with his teeth for years.

I discovered the clinic through my husband, who urgently needed a tooth extraction.
I faced a gum infection around a previously placed implant in Romania. Despite initial doubts, after about three months of treatments, I can confidently say that this clinic exceeded my expectations. Though we encountered some communication errors initially, Dr. Mohammad Ghafraan Hussain patiently provided me with all the necessary information and skillfully treated my gingival infection.
Also I had pleasant dental cleaning treatment by Saniya Choudry, she is meticulous and she pays attention to detail.
Although the prices are higher, the results justify the investment. Trust this clinic for quality care.

So helpful, professional and the dental surgeon was absolutely brilliant, gentle, quick and extremely competent. I am so grateful they were able to help where the NHS were not. Even got a follow up call a couple of days later to check all was ok. After 3 weeks of dental trauma I was so grateful to have found bespoke dental.

I just got charged $430 for an 30 minute cleaning. Double that last visit and I'm furious. This was unexpected and I won't be returning. Warning, Pay before hand or you'll get robbed. This place is only for the money.

From the start to the finish the care and the politness where perfect. The staff took the time to answer any questions and told me every thing they where going to do on the day. The dental work is if I may say so perfect. The whole of my treatment took four months and I will say now I was scared but the nerves where put at ease and I will recommend them for any dental work required. All this work was for my wife.

Where do I even begin? Let's just start by saying do not spend a pound with this clinic
All they care about is money and they have ruined my teeth. It’s been almost a year now and there is not a day where I don't cry from the pain I'm in and the money I lost. I came in initially for 6 composite veneers, my teeth were very strong and healthy. My only issue was I had small gaps in between, so I decided to do some composite veneers (should have gone the invisalign route and that is my fault). When I went into the office they convinced me to do 20! Looking back I did not need it at all.. I trusted his judgment as it was my first time at a cosmetic dental office. He told me if I ever wanted to remove them my teeth would be the same and I would only have surface scratches, but nothing more. A week later I paid 3,000 and got 20 veneers done. When he handed me the mirror I was so disappointed as I told him I wanted it to be as natural as possible. The teeth were all the same length and it looked like I had dentures on , friends and family told me it doesn't look natural at all. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, I was so upset. I called and told him I wasn't happy and I'm sure he knew that because when he handed me the mirror my face said it all. He then told me they can remove it no problem but it will cost me another 2,000 !! I was so desperate to get them off I agreed. Mind you he told me when removed your teeth will be the same. I was so relieved that these composites would come off, I didn't even care about the money. I was just so happy they would come off. I came into the office 2 days later and dr fraz ali proceeded to remove the composites. Initially I thought they looked the same but after I went home and took a closer look, I realized a lot of my enamel was gone, some of my teeth were smaller than they used to be and a lot of sensitivity (even a year later). they took 5k from me and ruined my teeth all together. I'm suffering from depression, I don't smile anymore, I rarely leave the house and it was all because I chose the wrong clinic. FOR ANYONE that is reading this pleaseee pleasee pleaseee save your money and go to a clinic that has at least over 300+ before and after pictures and positive reviews. Don't be like me. i'll upload some before and afters.

Great experience !!! All the staff both dentists and reception were helpful and friendly. Luke was especially amazing in making sure I understood the full process and keeping up updated. I love my teeth thank you so much !!

I have been going to this dentist for the last 2 years and wish I had found them before. My before and after pics are on the site. I was so nervous before attending but was put at ease immediately. If you’re reading this then stop and book that appointment you will not be disappointed. Best dentist ever and I have seen a few dentist over the years. The staff are also second to none really welcoming and also put you at ease. Pricing was also good. I was told of my last dentist that I needed a tooth removed I went to bespoke and he did a root cannel and 2 years later still no problems. Once your treatment is done it’s worth going onto the dental plan. Can’t recommend enough 10 stars all around.

I had 4 back teeth out, followed some time later by two implants both done under full sedation. This was followed by digital scanning the mouth which enabled a bridge to be made and fitted three weeks later. My only problem was with the cost - however, when you see the amazing technology used it is easier to see where the money goes. Dr. Hussain is a very good communicator and give a permanent air of competence which is always reassuring when complex work is being undertaken. The whole procedure took just over 8 months, unfortunately there are no short cuts with this type of work.

I’ve recently had composite bonding on my upper teeth, the results are amazing.
Communication between the clinic and myself has been faultless, staff are friendly and helpful.
The clinic is stunning and hygienic.

visited the clinic after hearing about it from IBU Malaysia, which offers free consultation and discounted scaling for IBU volunteers (RM 120). However, before I could enter, I had to ask the receptionist about the discounts. Inside, the lady doctor confused and misled me into getting a tomography that I didn't need, claiming it was free. In the end, they charged me RM 602, which shocked me. The consultation was RM 80, scaling was RM 380 (reduced to RM 340 after the 10% discount), and the tomography cost RM 180. It feels like they prioritize making money over genuine care, and it turned out to be a waste of both money and time.

Customer service is great I spoke with luke he was very polite and understanding I got a huge dentist-phobia and he calm me down.
