Very efficient solicitors and also easy to contact and discuss any questions over a friendly chat! Bespoke were fast (we were always waiting for the Seller's solicitor) and when I decided to change house half way through there were no hidden fees or added complexity. They have been great throughout the whole process. Thanks!

The legal work itself was handled efficiently and the transaction completed without any issues, so I can’t fault the core service.

Communication was always prompt, which I appreciated. However, as a first-time buyer, I found it could have been more detailed and reassuring. Updates were often very brief and didn’t provide much context about what stage we were at or what to expect next, and I sometimes had to chase for key updates rather than being kept informed proactively.

Some of the communication appeared to come via an assistant, and while those messages were helpful and more detailed (and expected), it wasn’t always clear who was responsible for what. When I did hear directly from the solicitor, the responses tended to be quite brief and transactional in tone, which made the process feel less guided than it could have been.

For example, just before completion I received an email simply stating “we have received your balance,” with no further explanation. At such a key stage, a bit more detail or reassurance would have made a big difference.

Overall, a competent and efficient service, but more proactive, consistent and client-focused communication would really improve the experience—particularly for first-time buyers.

Overall, I am not happy with the service I received.

The reason we chose to go with Bespoke is because they gave us a reasonable quote and were originally understanding of our unique situation. However, that all quickly changed, and honestly, all it seemed they wanted from us was our money and to follow them blindly without questioning anything. I think they saw us as first time buyers who haven't been through the process before, assumed we didn't know much about said process, and decided to take advantage of that.

Any time that I did have questions or queries they made it abundantly clear that they had no interest in trying to help us through the process or supplying us with the minimum standard of common decency.
The communication overall was very poor.
Responses are not just delayed, they are extremely delayed, often taking days or even a week to get a simple update. This lack of responsiveness extends to follow-up actions, which are constantly pushed back, leaving us in the dark and feeling completely unsupported.
Emails were ignored, and our estate agent told us he couldn’t get a single reply from them after sending multiple queries. We ended up acting as intermediaries between professionals, a role we should never have been forced into.

Additionally, errors kept appearing on key legal documents, including the draft contract, even though they had our passports, and we were asked to change the document our side, as opposed to them sorting this for us. They regularly addressed me over email as a different name, even though they had previously addressed me under the correct one. Again, common decency and courtesy to be called your own name.

I unfortunately wouldn't recommend Bespoke Law Services to anyone - especially not first-time buyers.

Tizzy was patient, helpful, responsive, communicative and a pleasure for us to deal with at all times. Everything we’d hoped for throughout a very long process, making it much less stressful for us.

Not quite sure where all these 5 star reviews have come from but these are extremely unprofessional. 12 months trying to sell a property 1st buyer pulled out due to their lack of communication and incompetence and now 4 months into another buyer trying to buy and it’s happening again. House has been empty 12 months, keep asking for ridiculous documents like water bills when the water has been shut off for 12 months due to us emigrating. Now zero communication and ignored emails not just from me (the seller) the but the buyer, the buyers lawyer and estate agent cannot get in contact or receive a correspondence back. But they can reply to reviews on here…. Let’s see if they reply to this. Further legal action will be taken.

I signed up to this business to support me selling my house. 12 months later and still no luck. Not only did they lose my first sale because there lack of communication, incompetence and there very slow working timeframe, I am now also going through the same again with the second buyer. Sending emails and awaiting days for a response, that’s to myself and the buyer.

It’s great to see they can respond to reviews within a day, but not my email from 5 days ago. Let’s see if I get a response to this?

We have bought and sold a few properties over the years but this is the first time that we have used Bespoke Law Services. Tizzy was amazing, she explained the process throughout, responded immediately to every email we sent, and maintained constant communication with us, our estate agent, and the other solicitors in the chain. We would highly recommend the company and Tizzy.

If it wasn’t for Bespoke, I would not have had a good time being a first time buyer, very stressful but they took a lot of the stress on themselves. Having never heard of or had a positive experience with solicitors during the selling/buying process, I was sceptical about the reviews for Bespoke Law. I needn't have been. I can honestly recommend with zero hesitation Joe and Sam, who handled our sale (where the buyers' solicitor was extremely difficult to deal with) and our purchase with speed, great communication, empathy and clear guidance. Emails were always responded to quickly and clearly. We are not planning to move again but if we ever do, we will absolutely come back to Bespoke Law. Joe and Sam - thank you so much for making the whole process as painless as it can be.

Recent sale and purchase through bespoke law services and Honeslty I had to do part of the work myself with chasing councils for answers, poor communication from the get go, even the other 2 solicitors we were dealing with started coming through myself as the communication was so poor from mine. They made a stressful time 10 x more stressful, at one point took 9 days to respond to an email and still didn’t answer my questions! Would not be able to recommend
