Shipping was faster than expected
Shipping was faster than expected. I ordered a stereo for my Toyota Sienna and it works as it should. The only problem was the mounting brackets that came with the unit were beat to hell and back. I was able to bend them into place where they should be so I could install the new unit.

I was overcharged in shipping ….. A Bessler staff member called me and explained I was overcharged and they would reimburse me …… in my opinion this is over and beyond taking care of their customers….. Thank you !! Will definitely use them in the future!!

Ordering from Bessler’s was super fast
Ordering from Bessler’s was super fast, super easy and best of all they offer parts for WAY cheaper than a lot of other places! If you need to get something for your car and it’s $200+, give Bessler’s a try. They’re almost guaranteed to have it in stock! Don’t pass them up!

Very good company. They have almost everything. I bought a part online after speaking to someone there and verified that was the right part. Wrong part was sent, but they fixed the issue immediately. GREAT customer service.

Inventory availability needs work.
Drove an hour and a half. Website said vehicles i was interested in would be there when i arrived and they were not.

Parts inventory
I think they need to do a little better job on keeping close tabs on their inventory I drove two and a half hours one way to pick up a part that they was supposed to have ready for me and no one could find it I wasted a whole day day off of work and $50 in gas all for nothing. You would think they'd have Parts pulled and ready for somebody when they show up that way the customers transaction is fast and easy. That way if they couldn't find a part they could notify the customer before the customer waste their time getting there. It's just good customer service.

Your part was pulled and ready to be picked up but we believe it was taken by one of our freight companies by mistake. Excellent service
Excellent service. I needed a 4.2 liter motor for my 2006 ford truck. Ordered it on their web site on a Sunday night, received a call from them the following day - that motor was not available (web site in process of being revised and updated). They helped me find another motor, and followed up with calls as to when ready, and then to verify I had received what I ordered. While I hope I never need their service again, you can be sure if I do I will shop at Besslers first.
