What a joke repeatedly sent the statements with mistakes and just wouldn’t do them as per the excel sheet provided said “they are fiction so what does it matter” absolute waste of hours of my time if I find you I will speak to you face to face and get my money back . Ignoring me now and won’t reply

I Rate this Company highly, after my experience of the last 3 days and receiving the docs extremely quickly.

The main reason for this review is that I have been using a well know Competitors' site for many years for my novelty docs.

The quality of the documents on the competitors' site are good; however the customer service is slow, intermittent in quality, and sometimes plain non existent, as during my last weeks experience:-

I have not received a reply for 5 days now !!! (I have sent 3 x Emails and used their alternate web site name as well as the normal one to send 2 x fully completed questionnaires; which took hours to complete, with no courtesy of a reply).

Comparatively :-

have been extremely quick, efficient, polite, curteous, accurate, detailed and well mannered on email communications.

I personally am prepared to pay a little more for a far better customer service experience and for quick speed of execution.

Honestly, I was such a pain with these bank statements. I wasn't aware of what pages would be in close up or not in the film so I had to be very pedantic about the entries. These look absolutely perfect. Recommended
