It took 3.5 weeks to be delivered but the quality seems to be excelent! Unfortunately they could only deliver with standard logo "CUSTOM" or no logo at all and the logo is not big and centered but small and in the upper left corner.

I had the absolute worst experience with BestAmpCovers.com. I followed their instructions to the letter when ordering a cover for my subwoofer, and what arrived was so ridiculously oversized that my sub could practically dance in it.

I have been doing sound for 30 years so it is not my first rodeo with custom covers.

I reached out to their customer service, sent a video showing just how big and loose the cover was, and their response was unbelievable. They acted like it was somehow my fault, claiming I measured wrong and insisting they had done nothing wrong. To top it off, their tone was rude, dismissive, and downright bitchy, basically asking why I was even bothering them.

This is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’d compare it to the DMV in terms of sheer incompetence and attitude.

Do yourself a favor—never, ever buy from this site. Avoid them at all costs!

I’m definitely recommending this to anyone looking for a high-quality, custom amp covers. It’s not only functional but looks great too. Worth every penny!

Bestampcovers.com is a dishonest company based in Bulgaria which makes musical instrument and equipment covers.

The company claims to have items in stock but appears to makes them to order resulting in delays before dispatch. I had to send a chaser email to find out what was happening to my order.

After the cover arrived a few weeks later I requested to return it for an exchange or rrefund because it did not fit. bestampcovers.com refused as they said it was made especially for me. They also refused to give me their company mailing address which is not on their website - this should have been a warning they have something to hide.

Bestampcovers.com is arguably in breach of the distance selling laws of Bulgaria and the EU which take precedence over the unfair terms and conditions of service they hide behind.

Avoid buying from bestampcovers.com unless you want to be out of pocket and have a similar poor customer service experience.
