Die Retoure konnte bei der DHL nicht ausgeführt werden, da der QR Code nicht zu scannen ging, auch bei einem weiteren Scanner und weiteren Mitarbeiter nicht.

Das Unternehmen wies alle Schuld von sich.

This company are THIEVES. Ordered a Ninja food fryer, money was quick to come out of the account.... 2 months later & 9 emails of which there was no response to any of them and still not recieved my airfryer.
Absolutely disgusting

I ordered a ninja air fryer on 11th august via Klarna and have never received it. They don’t reply to emails and the mobile numbers just ring out. I’m trying to get my money back from Klarna, without success despite sending numerous emails to Klarna showing the company doesn’t exist. I can’t seem to get any resolution. Trading standards is my next stop.

Why are these people still trading, they have been reported to trading standards, police and banks. And for them being able to use Klarna is absolutely ridiculous, Klarna should be held responsible and made to pay money back to customers. Klarna are still on the scam websites. Why are trading standards allowing this

Found this company looking for a lawn mower via Klarna - managed to pause payments and sent evidence to Klana that they are a scam company. God knows how this company got on to the klana search to allow to buy. Been 8 weeks

We order Samsung fridge on 10/08/23 it was suppose to be delivered 24/08/23 and never delivered, never answered emails or phone calls so SCAM 😞. Lucky we paid with credit card so I hope we will get our money back and prove that this website is SCAM..... please who ever is reading please do not order from this website.

its a scam website. I paid with credit card for fridge freezer. manage to get my money back from LLoyds bank after 14 days. be aware,

SCAM - do not use. Bought vacuum cleaner, got tracking number. Never delivered no response from them nor 'courier'

Ordered a microwave at what I thought was a good price. Got a delivery date of 25th August 2023. Two and a half weeks later and no delivery. Have tried contacting the company and no reply. Looking at other reviews this looks like it is one big scam. Ordered via a link on the #Klarna website and thought it would have had some checks done. Have opened a dispute with Klarna and shall see what happens 😡😡😡

Complete scam artists. Ordered an air fryer a month ago and paid obviously, no communication and phone numbers are not connected. Stay well clear.

Ordered fridge freezer 8th August. Confirmation 9th August. Delivery expected 23rd August never showed up and still hasn't 7th Sept. Tried every way possible to contact them including the so called delivery company. Googled the business site and its unrelated to this business type.

Definitely SCAM. Same experience as many others. Ordered Skullcandy headphones. Confirmed sale and delivery tracking number. That was 8/8/23. Promise delivery in 10 days. No answer to email. Unfortunately didn’t use credit card so money gone. Sites they appear on offering these companies up as having good deals should be more careful who they promote. Then estimated delivery date is 23 august but not delivered yet. So anyone suggest me how I get refund

SCAM company. DO NOT USE. Ordered some Bose headphones, they confirmed they were new, not re-furbished, payment made, got an email from them saying the product was on the way to the courier. Then nothing, now been over 3 weeks and no response from them or the courier.

This Business is a SCAM. They will take your money and you will never receive any goods. Please do not waste your hard earned money.

The cheek of this company..do not buy!!! But what's even more frustrating is that i ordered through the Klarna app. And whats even more annoying than that is that Klarna is telling mecto contact company. Now can someone please help me here?? IF I COULD CONTACT THEM I BLOODY WOULD! So considering i made order via Klarna who obviously added them on their site shouldn't they be able to contact them to resolve the matter?? Or maybe they cant contact them either??! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ❗️ it’s an absolute scam! You will lose all your money, get a fake delivery link, and not be able to get in touch with anyone. I wish I had seen on here before, however the Klarna app has them advertised as a company, so I trusted that Klarna would verify companies before advertising them on there website, but unfortunately they advertise scam companies and now I’m paying for it, but I want to make others aware of this scam company.

I was order ninja foodi max dual zone AF400UK 9.5L AIR FRYERS £125 from 11th august but nothing arrives 25th august crown delivery box definitely false, phone no answer, no good company best deal market is fraud then they just creepy use money make peoples lose money not right so they is wrong,they should respect peoples order online, peoples should be report to police about company best deal market very bad, not trust them never again order online 😡👎🏻
