Great glasses!

I bought a pack of 3 jeggings at the end of November 2020. The zips on all three pieces are now coming undone. I have quite a few pairs of jeans and zipped jeggings. These ones by bestdirect have been the worst ever. Good for size and fitting but the zip is just rubbish. Expensive items if they go faulty even before the 4th wash! Waiting to hear from them. I've gone beyond their returns period, but come on. 3 pairs of useless jeggings in 3 months. Absurd. I have some jeans older than 5 years that have fully working zips. Don't buy them in the first place

Absolutely shocking bunch of Scammers
I paid 200 quid for a gym Xl and then basically got continuously lied to by each member of the customer service team ( of which I think there is 2 !!! )

I purchased an item being delivered to ireland believing the import tax was included as the invoice stated cost price then tax and then delivery.
Once arrived in ireland I got a message from the courier stating 30 euro import charge was due. I sent many messages to the customer service dept with no reply.
I then rang them where the call attendant assured me they would pay that cost and refund me through PayPal. I was also given the managers email address to send confirmation of the import cost.
I then paid the import cost believing I would get it reimbursed.
With no reply to my email to the manager I rang again where the call handler said they were dealing with a large amount of queries and the manager would sort it out shortly.
To my amazement I got a reply stating I was liable for the 30 euro import charge and it was in there terms and conditions. Even though they have a 20 euro item on my bill for tax. I sent an email for clarification of this "tax" and no reply has been given.
I feel I have been totally conned initially by believing the the import tax was paid.
Furthermore the false statement made during a telephone call where reimbursement would be made I'd completely false.
I am due to get the it's nearly next week at a cost of 30 euro extra, or nearly 25% more than advertised or invoiced, buyer be very aware is my advice. If the item is Chinese rubbish it will be going back for a full refund and the import cost... not a bona fide company at all in my experience.

Received item within a few days of ordering - brilliant! However when I unpacked it all, I saw the foam on the seat and on the handlebars was squashed in/worn away. Also the counter didn’t work. As it was a Saturday I decided to still use the item and call them on Monday, assuming they would just replace the faulty parts they’d sent out. When I telephoned customer service I was told to re-pack the whole thing and return it, they couldn’t just replace the faulty parts. When I informed the operator I’d broken all the packaging down she said there was nothing else they could do. I sent an email 2 days ago and still no reply!

Ordered this on Sunday, it’s arrived today (3 days later) very happy with it and delivered just as they said it would be. Can’t ask for better than that really

Got ripped off badly by this disgusting company - the sooner it goes bust the better.

Bought AB Booster Plus a couple of weeks ago and pleased with its portability and effectiveness for low impact fitness training. I use it whilst watching the tv. If anyone says it doesn’t work.. they’re probably not working hard enough. You get out what you put in. Someone on here mentioned that it hadn’t changed their body shape, therefore it didn’t work.. no single piece of gym equipment will do that.. they need a cosmetic surgeon.
The design definitely has a squeak problem. The only thing I found that would cure that permanently was ‘Copper Slip’ applied thinly to each moving joint.
You don’t have to completely disassemble the machine, just identify the moving joints and do them consecutively. Take out the bolt, apply the paste to the bolt itself (especially under the flat head), both sides of the washer and around all faces of the bolt holes.. six on each joint. Do this to all the moving joints in turn.

This Contraption is Dangerous believe me I have had 2 in the past 6 months and they have both come apart at the welding joints the first was at the pedals and the second was the handle bars I went flying backwards and injured my hips the distributor has not answered my emails or the manufacturer someone will be seriously hurt soon
Beware AB Booster Plus

Terrible customer service, and selling con, an hour after buying which I thought was a bargain on starlyf massage cushion at buy one get one free I found exactly the same item online for less than half the price so I preceded to email and cancel my order to which I got a reply sorry already posted within a couple of hours of purchase, and to make matters worse as I thought just send it back they have the nerve to charge me £3.99 to return parcel, never again will I use this seller

I bought the ab booster plus in September and I have only just started using it over the last couple of weeks due to work commitments. I absolutely love it and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to tone the legs, buttocks, arms and abs whilst doing cardio at the same time. So my only issue was that the pedal bit that you put your feet on snapped whilst I was in the middle of a workout (very disappointing as I enjoy my workout on this) I phoned customer services and they were great they told me to send the faulty piece back and to phone them back with the receipt number from Hermes and they would send me a replacement straight away. I was contemplating giving 4 stars but because everything went straight forward and customer service was great I decided it was worth 5 stars.

Ab booster all in one exercise bike. This does not work. I've been doing this every day and all I am doing is putting WD40 on the screws to stop the noise! My body shape has not changed and I am just not getting anything out of it all. So so disappointed

Bought the Paint Runner Pro from Best Direct TV. The product is falsely advertised, it simply does not work. It was a total waste of money and ended up going straight in the bin. As I had bought it in readiness for moving house the money back guarantee period had ended so I had no choice put to put it straight in the skip! This company are an absolute disgrace, they overhype everything they sell knowing full well that the items are not as described, probably won't work or fall apart very quickly if they do, and it's the end user that will end up picking up the bill....The Paint Runner Pro shows a young child painting effortlessly with this piece of junk, what a joke. AVOID this product for sure and from my experience the company too!

I ordered the Ab Booster Plus and within 2 days of ordering it was delivered. Like so many during this covid period I've been sitting around a lot more and although walking helped it didn't really work my whole body and you need to do that for a good hour or so.
I'd seen some negative reviews but the reviews on the customer service were good and there is a money back promise within a time so I went ahead with the purchase. It's one hell of a workout for the whole body, and good cardio. You can make it even harder with the second level of foot places. There is a weight limit of 120kgs to be aware of.
It's very sturdy but lightweight enough to lift and move and does fold down. Not completely, but enough for me to fit into a cupboard.
I really am so pleased with it and already feeling the benefits.
For the price this is an extremely effective and very much cheaper alternative to a gym, giving your whole body a great workout in the comfort of your home, in just minutes a day.
It has developed the little squeak that's been mentioned in reviews and as yet it hasn't bothered me enough to sort it.
I think maybe someone at a high level of fitness would find it easy, but could be good for maintenance.
I highly recommend this and am so pleased I bought it.
You won't be disappointed !

Got a Gym leg action on Amazon prime on special price and received a used unit and not new. Is that what they offer as discount price. Very disappointed.

I asked for order and delivery confirmation and received both almost immediately. Hope the product is as good as the service so far

Love it but the squeaking is unbearable and makes me not want to use. I oiled and tightened all bolts. How do you make it stop squeaking? I’m only 160 lbs...not overweight.
