On time delivery and items are bubble wrapped thanks so no damage on glass jars the products quality are the best

This is the second time I have ordered some food. The best before date are just 1 month for pasta. They send me completely wrong items also. Rubiish. We give contact number. If you have something not available in stock you can ask for it. Why you sent me rubbish products?
Not updated stock. Also there is not contact details in application.

Had no email regarding when this order would be delivered. Eventually DHL sent an email that they were waiting on it. I hadn't realised the policy for a Saturday delivery had changed, my fault for not checking. I waited for over a week for this order to be delivered too. Pleased with the products and packaged well. Purchased Duru soaps and shower gells from this shop excellent service was notified about my order it was bank holiday they emailed me saying that I will receive my order next day I rate them 5stars excellent service would shop again.

On August 14th I shopped at Lidl: the shelves were poorly stocked, the prices were not comparable to Aldi and the staff were unprofessional. To add insult to injury I was over charged £1.99. I reported this via their online customer service and I am still waiting for a response. I will never shop at Lidl again.

The parcel wasn't delivered to ward C7 and the hospital so far have not located it

I forgot to order turkish tea and I contacted with sales department for my order. They said that we will update your order and add tea. Then they sent me email about my order and they said that you don’t need to pay tea and we will send you tea with your order as a gift. ( I offered to pay them the tea )

When I received my order, I didn’t receive the tea and I sent them email, They said that we are so sorry for forgot to add tea, we will send you tea )

They haven’t sent the tea still. I am regular customer and I am not happy with service.

Excellent products and speedy and reliable delivery.

It is the best company has the customer relations about any details of package. In any case, they are really willing to solve the problem. There are lots of food variety compare to other websites, which is great. We had a quick delivery and good package as well.
