I have purchased a few Milano Aruba…
I have purchased a few Milano Aruba horizontal radiators & matching valves from this Store - they're very wel made and look great! There was an issue with FedEx loosing a little box of valves which I needed at the same time as the radiator for my plumber to install. BestHeating Ire immediately and competently resolved the issue by sending me a replacement.
The customer services is very helpful and competent. I shall def continue purchasing from this Company! Highly recommended

great delivery person
well I didn't know it was coming,,( I just found the email in my spam.I never thought to look there) , I'm bed ridden , with a son who doesn't hear the door bell... anyway luckily for me the responsible deliverer called me on my fone to say he was outside with it,,and my son then got up to answer the door,,so many thanks to the deliverer who didn't just dump it and take off again,,

Bad Courier
The radiator itself was perfect, it was the courier firm Dascher that was the problem, gave me a time of 8 am to 4 pm and after taking a day off work they emailed me at 2.17 pm to say I wasn’t getting my delivery, the next date offered for delivery was 4 days later. I ended up paying a courier to collect it. Really disappointing delivery service
