Very helpful in understanding the assignment

I spoke to Rebecca this morning, and she kindly helped me with the boarding pass.

The location of the hotel is in a rundown area. It’s next door to a disco which operated on the second night well into 11pm right under our balcony. We had to change rooms.
Food was unpredictable, had undercooked prawns which made me violently ill. Not enough seaside/ pool beds and very little information about entertaining events. Staff helpful but some downright rude. I will not book there again and can not recommend it.

When we arrived at our hotel in Turkey we found out that this company had a cancelled our reservation without any explanation. After many emails and calls to them they eventually issued a new booking but we had to pay for the first nights accommodation. I have been trying to get a refund for the first nights accommodation for the last 4 weeks without any success, even though I have called and emailed them many times. No apology from them. If you are considering booking with them then you need to be very careful to ensure that you the hotel voucher is valid and has not been cancelled, otherwise you could end up out of pocket like myself .

Every time I have been in contact with BOH they have been great. Big shout out for Vicki. Great service.

I requested a hotel change as the one allocated was a long walk from city centre. Roy was very helpful and relocated us to a more central hotel. Response times very quick.

Neil has proved excellent customer service he made contact when I was on my holiday break to check all was OK and to confirm that he had also checked me in as I was flying back home to England on 27.12.2025. Which I thought was 1st class service.
