they don't deliver what you order
Order was placed showing all items were available and after 3 weeks and paying a £25 in shipping charge I am still waiting for 1 of the 2 items, putting at risk my bathroom renovation and costing me a fortune in delays. They don't answer the phone and don't give updates on the delivery dates, will certainly not be ordering from the ever again!

Fast Delivery, Zero Customer Support
Ordered a shower tray that was the wrong size. The company said I could return it via their courier and buy the correct one, which I did. I never received confirmation of the return, and my repeated calls and emails were mostly ignored. When they did reply, they blamed “system issues,” then stopped responding altogether. Avoid this company if you might need to return or exchange anything. (2 stars only because delivery was fast.)
