If I could give 0 stars I would. If you don’t want a permanent migraine and stress id avoid this company at all costs.. took me weeks to get confirmation of my flights they also tried to charge £300 more after I made the booking. My flight has now been cancelled by the airline as they are no longer flying to my destination and they are point blank refusing a refund. I have reported this to my bank and trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

On 1/6/2026 I was online trying to purchase a flight ticket for Minneapolis to Baltimore. After some research I reached Bestticketfare.com web site. I purchased a ticket will fit my need of my trip to Baltimore. I received a confirmation e-mail of the purchase and I will receive an e-ticket through e-mail, per the e-mail will take up to 4 hours to receive the e-mail. Shortly after that I received a call from local number 763-535-7545 from a rep. called Jeff. On the phone call he's trying to tell me what I purchased online is a promotional ticket and comes with several restrictions: 1- I can't check online I must be at the airport 3-4 hours in advance to check in....2- I must be flexible with departure and arrival dates(which is I put the exact dates of my departure and arrival and didn't select and other dates). 3- I can't take any luggage with you, you only travel with whatever cloth you have on.... I am not joking this was the exact conversation with this individual who call him self a company representative..... long story short I received another e-mail after this call, and this is exact quote from the e-mail" it has come to your attention that your booking is currently on hold due to some pending reasons" and to make matters worse they send me another e-mail on 1/7/2026, to inform me that my booking was cancelled, and are you ready for the reason, read this quote from the e-mai" We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking has been cancelled as per the airline's directive" LOL what a scammers, they're trying to blame the airline for "unforeseen circumstances". I have copies of e-mails, and phone conversation with company representative and submitting it to BBB to make everyone be aware of these scammers.

Chloe was the person I spoke to at best ticket fare. She was professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would not recommend this company to book airfare though because after completing my purchase I found I was lied to about seat selection cost and extra baggage costs. Then when I checked with the airline I was supposed to be booked on to ask further questions they had no record of this booking. I have started a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Will not be using their services again.

I purchased a ticket for a flight from Sarasota FL to New York City (Newark). A couple of hours later I received a call informing (via voicemail message) me that I was rebooked for another day and time. When I called this morning, I was told the economy seat I had booked was no longer available and that I could log onto their website and upgrade to a more expensive seat. Bestticketfare.com appears to employ the unsavory bait and switch tactics of an unethical company. I suggest you buy a ticket elsewhere.

You guy are cheater. you try to hook people to a very cheap price so they provide you credit card & book the ticket. After that, you sent them an email saying the ticket is not complete and then you call & make up all kinds of reason to charge more. Yoo're better stop this busness or you'll be prosecuted for fraud.

This website is very bad They put me through hell for mor than five days to book ticket with them and I still didn’t get any ticket. They told me no refund on your ticket even with no ticket issued yet there services is not acceptable to any human being then they told me we going to book another ticket but the ticket was double the price it’s very sad please very peaceful befor you do any business with this website

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING A FRAUD OPERATION.

I purchased three round-trip tickets and was promised my e-tickets within 4 hours. Instead of tickets, I received a phone call attempting to change my flights without consent — moving my departure 6 DAYS EARLIER and my return 2 DAYS LATER.

When I refused, they tried to hold my purchase hostage and demanded TEN TIMES the original price to keep the itinerary I had already paid for. This is a deliberate bait-and-switch scheme, not a mistake.

At that point, I immediately hung up and cancelled my debit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. No legitimate business operates this way.

This company is deceptive, predatory, and dishonest. They lure customers in with fake prices, then attempt to extort more money after payment.

Do NOT give them your money. Do NOT give them your card information. You will regret it.

Scam, Scam, Scam. if you want to pay more for the tickets you purchased then this is the company for you. you book the ticket and then you get a call, that you have to change your flight dates to accommodate them. they set the dates for you. This company should be investigated for fraud. They will not work with you. It is there way (Pay More) or lose your money. I learned my lesson, never again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Matter of fact, I've travelled all across the world, both domestic and international.

I paid $200 for a ticket, then I received a call telling me that this ticket did not have THE OPTION to add checked baggage. In order to do that, I need to pay an extra $100 to be able to purchase a checked bag. This information was NOT provided while booking the ticket, nor was it provided in the following confirmation email. I was only informed of this when I received a call telling me the nature of the booking. I was told the reason for this was because it was SO much cheaper than other tickets, which was not true, I found similarly priced tickets WITH the option to add a checked bag.

I tried cancelling the ticket but they said it is non-refundable. Furthermore, when I decided to give in and just take this ticket without upgrading, the rep on the other end informed me that the dates weren't accurate, and that it would be leaving on Feb 3rd.

Reading through the reviews, this seems to be a trend. TERRIBLE SERVICE, SCAMMERS.

Horrible. They are fraudulent. To make a long story short, they declined a refund even though the ticket was not confirmed yet. Then they offered me a ticket from another city, a 2-hour drive away.

They can start with honesty and not ripping people off. What they do is book you on stand-by and pay what they quoted you. And then when you call them back to "confirm" they tell you what the price is for the actual ticket on that day, when they actually buy the ticket. So on the 1st call they quote and charge you. Then when you call back in to confirm the ticket, they charge you additional fees saying the wait caused higher rates. Don't use this "service" its a rip off and a scam. They charged us almost $600 for a $99 ticket normally on Frontier. That is about what we usually pay. So we started out at $269 the first transaction. Then they have you you call them back to "confirm" but that is when they actually buy the ticket so they are going to charge you what they actually are going to pay for the ticket that day and pocket what they already charged you. They tell you they are adding luggage but they dont. So you pay them more which is now at $479 for that same $269 quote. Then when you go to check in you find they never added the seat or luggage so you are out another $100. This is how I got to just under $600 for a normally $100 cheap seat from Denver to Detroit on Frontier airline. Don't use "best ticket fare" unless you want to get ripped off.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THEM. I bought a ticket just now, half hour later they called saying that the tickets are no longer available for that price and asked me to pay almost $2000 for the tickets they sold me for $600. I told them to cancel but they said it’s non refundable. I am still trying to change my flight with same amount they charged me

You should know better than to use these losers!!! if it sounds to good to be true well than you know how the rest of the saying goes. I filed a report with the consumer protection agency due to there deceptive practices.

The company advertises unrealistically low fares online. After you provide your credit card information, they call back to inform you of a significant price increase, often for hundreds of dollars more, claiming the original flight is unavailable. During the time you try to ask for cancelation not more than a few hours they refuse and try to give you the turn around and threat that you will lose the money they will charge from your credit card.

Total scam. Paid for tickets for a same-day flight, got a call a couple hours later saying there was no seat available, that we booked a standby flight, alternatives were more expensive, blah blah blah. Wouldn't let us cancel for a refund. If you read the good reviews, they are all nearly identical: they all mention a customer service agent by name and how great they were. Well, when you buy tickets online, you usually don't talk to a customer service agent, so, that's a red flag. They're utilizing a review mill.

Horrible. Booked round trip flight for reasonable cost. Have to go on these dates for funeral. Got called 2 hours later by agent from best ticket fare saying that the fare quoted was changed and that I can only get that fare if I go on dates they supply, which don’t work for me. No refund, no credit. I had to pay twice original amount and fly out at 5:40 am
