First withdrawal, will it come or not? It came!
On day 3 of waiting for a withdrawal from the sportsbook, I believe an AI chat bot is all they have to communicate. They have no timeline to give on when it will be reviewed and just keep saying it is longer. I will update as the saga goes on. Nothing is reassuring about this site, and am hoping to get my funds out. *Updated* Took a little longer than most sites but it came, and the sites layout is actually great. No issues otherwise!

UPDATE- 3 days after requesting account closure. They have continued to ignore direct requests to close the account. They try to offer bonuses. And have continually ignore at least 10-15 requests to close my account. If I could give a negative score I would. Dont ever deposit into this book.

Requested my account to be closed, and they refuse to close the account attempted to throw me multiple bonuses despite numerous attempts to have my account closed.

Se scommettete cifre contenute non potrete mai e poi mai convertire saldo bonus in soldi reali, vi dico solo che depositando 20 euro la soglia era 2100. . Assistenza pietosa, ogni operatore diceva una cosa differente! Ho chiesto di essere cancellata in modo permanente!

Bei Kontaktaufnahme, wird man steht's nur mit Ausreden vertröstet, wie zb. die Finanzabteilung hat derzeit eine hohes Aufkommen an Auszahlung und noch schlimmer die Finanzabteilung ist sich dessen bewusst aber konkrete Aussagen, wann es zu Auszahlung kommt sind Mangelware!
Ich kann nur jedem abraten und ab Abstand zu nehmen von diesem Casino!

Warte seit dem 29.06.2025 auf meine Auszahlung. Heute nach 3 Wochen wurde Sie einfach ohne Grund storniert. Der Live Chat und E-Mail Support kann dazu auch keinen Grund nennen.

Habe seit über 2 1/2 Wochen nun jeden Tag mit dem Live Chat nach Hilfe gesucht. Es wurde jedes mal mir mitgeteilt, dass alles in Ordnung sei, die Auszahlung definitiv stattfindet. Das es aktuell nur zu sehr vielen Auszahlungsanträgen gekommen sei.

Mittlerweile empfinde ich das die Seite nur eine Absolute Abzocke betreibt. Laut der GB Gov wurde die dahinterliegende Firma Nova Forge Ltd. im April 2025 geschlossen.

Ob man hier überhaupt noch sein Geld erhält ist fraglich!. Hinter der NovaForge Ltd. sitzen noch ca. weitere 200 Casinos! Bitte prüft vorher ob es sich um diesen Anbieter handelt bevor Ihr euer Geld einzahlt!
