Horrible helpdesk and poor solutions
I played a lot on this site, used a lot of money, no problem at all.
My mate used only one time my computer to play on his account. The day after i received an email that i no longer get rewards or free spins, because two players are using the same IP address.
Betamo is a casinosite with a poor helpdesk and without any solutions that benefits the player., better go to an other site with a better hepdesk and better solutions.
I ended up canceling my account and going to another casino

habe bei noch € 175.- Freispiele gewonnen und bin auf über € 5000.- gekommen! habe dann den bonus 40x umgesetzt! leider habe ich unabsichtlich gegen ende des bonus 30 spins mit einer bet von 6 euro gespielt dabei aber nichts gewonnen!

even 1 star is just too much... No matter what, u will loose your money. when u win and want to withdrawal they lock your withdrawal methods. the customer service is -5 stars. no help, just telling u to deposit more to unlock withdrawal methods.. dont do it ! you just loose more money when u depositd hoping to be able to withdrawal.

Topped up 30 won more then 4000 met my wagerings requirement. Withdrawn 3000 declined to payout. Have eaten my whole balance. And later telling that u max bet. I didnt even wanted a bonus or asked for one! Because i had my first bonus while ago. people watch out from them some people lost more then 40K with them they just dont pay! Because u accept the terms wich are nowhere to be found when u topup or whatever. 1000000% scammers!
