Als lizenziertes Casino sind wir jedoch verpflichtet, zuvor die erforderlichen Dokumente von unseren Spielern anzufordern, um die gesetzlichen Auflagen zu erfüllen (KYC) und um Bonusmissbrauch zu verhindern.

Besonders wichtig ist dabei - und zwar unabhängig vom Betrag - , dass uns diese in einem klaren und lesbaren Format zur Verfügung gestellt stellen. BetandPlay is indeed not a scam casino, but a reputable casino that aims to offer high quality service to players.

When reviewing your account, the cashout that you mention was extremely slow was not even pending for an hour before it was cancelled and played through.

Regarding the RTP of the casino, please rest assured that we offer only certified quality games from reputable game studios. As you well know the player's RTP is theoretical and normalises over millions of game rounds.I see you deposited 60 EUR and managed to cashout more than your deposit before recalling the cashout, so it looks like the RTP was not that low as you did manage to win.
