I deposited 2000€ for the 150% up to 3000€ sports bonus. I lost the 2000€ and started betting with the 3000€ bonus to complete the 25.000€ rollover requirements. I am now down to 15.000€ and have 4500€ left. Now they decided to limit me to bets <1€. I would have to basically do 10 hours of non stop betting without ANY breaks for every day of the remaining 12 days I got to complete the rollover. This means their bonus is a scam as it is not possible for any normal human to complete. Dont deposit there. If you lose everything it's fine, but once you start winning, their high rollover requirements give them enough time to limit your account so you cant win in that case either.

Nach Abschluss der Wetten hatte ich ein Guthaben von rund 7.000 € und beantragte eine Auszahlung.

Daraufhin wurde mein Konto einer KYC-Prüfung unterzogen, obwohl zuvor bereits Auszahlungen problemlos erfolgt waren. Die geforderten Dokumente habe ich vollständig und umgehend eingereicht.

Nach längerer Wartezeit erhielt ich schließlich eine E-Mail, in der BetBeast pauschal behauptet, ich hätte „verbotene Wetttechniken“ genutzt. Es wurde jedoch nicht erklärt,
– welche konkreten Wetten betroffen sein sollen
– welcher Betrag angeblich unzulässig war
– oder wie sich die Einbehaltung rechnerisch zusammensetzt.

Stattdessen wurden sämtliche Gewinne konfisziert und lediglich ein Teil der Einzahlungen zurückerstattet. Eine transparente Aufschlüsselung oder nachvollziehbare Begründung fehlt bis heute.

Mein Eindruck: Sobald höhere Auszahlungen anstehen, werden pauschale Vorwürfe genutzt, um Guthaben nicht auszuzahlen.

Ich rate dringend zur Vorsicht.

Deposited 100 with a 50 bonus match. Played blackjack and ran balance up to 2000. Decided to cancel the bonus and was left with 1200 of my own funds portion of winnings. Betbeast refused to pay out and decided to confiscate all portions of winnings with my own funds claiming I violated terms and conditions by making bets over $5 with the bonus, even though the bonus was cancelled and the remaining winnings were from my own funds.

Be careful of this Curaçao licensed casino. They are unregulated and will do anything to prevent a payout from happening.

I have only positive things to say about this casino. They first shocked with incredibly fast verification. They helped me in chat and I was verified within minutes. I came across one problem that left me very unhappy. After conversations over email, with incredibly fast responses, we came to an agreement. These do everything to meet the customer halfway and do everything to ensure that the customer is satisfied. It seems that they are very concerned about fairness, which I think is lacking in the market. They have only lasted a year, but I think they will be at the top of the industry as they grow.
