Meiner Meinung nach eines der schlechtesten Online-Casinos, die ich je erlebt habe.

Das Auszahlungslimit von nur 500 € pro Tag ist für mich völlig unverständlich und sorgt dafür, dass Auszahlungen unnötig in die Länge gezogen werden. Dazu kommt ein Kundenservice, der auf wichtige Anliegen kaum reagiert. Ich habe mehrfach die Schließung meines Kontos verlangt, doch selbst nach mehreren E-Mails wurde mein Wunsch nicht umgesetzt.

Auch das Spielerlebnis war für mich äußerst enttäuschend. Die Freispiele haben nach meiner Erfahrung praktisch nichts gebracht, und insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Spiele sehr schlecht auszahlen. Die RTP wirkte auf mich deutlich schlechter als bei vielen anderen Casinos, bei denen ich gespielt habe.

Für mich war das eine absolute Katastrophe. Schlechter Support, niedrige Auszahlungslimits und ein insgesamt frustrierendes Spielerlebnis. Ich kann nur empfehlen, sich vorher genau zu informieren, bevor man hier Geld einzahlt.

Von mir gibt es definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Ich schreibe seit Wochen dem Support das sie meinen Account schließen sollen aufgrund von Spielsucht. Bekomme seit Wochen keine Antwort auf meine Mails und der In Game Support kann angeblich den Account nicht sperren und verweist immer wieder auf den Email Support der mir nicht antwortet. Wer weiß wer die Aufsichtsbehörde ist, die für dieses Casino zuständig ist damit man sich dort beschweren kamm.

Vorsicht keine Auszahlung und kein Support. Ich hatte in diesem Onlinecasino mit einer 100€ Einzahlung 2000€ gewonnen. Nachdem ich auszahlen wollte war sofort mein Zugang gesperrt. Ich kam von da an nur noch auf die Auszahlungsseite. Profil,Spielen und sonstiges nicht mehr möglich. Ich erhielt eine Mail das mein Bankkonto nicht auf mich alleine läuft und es gegen die Richtlinien verstösst. Unterlagen sollten eingereicht werden. Selfie Bankdokument usw. 2 Tage später eine neue Mail, ich habe über 5€ Einsatz gespielt und dagegen verstoßen. Leider komme ich auch nicht mehr in den Spielverlauf alles gesperrt Bis zum heutigen Tag habe ich diese e Mail in jedem Wortlaut identisch zum 5 mal erhalten. Alle Unterlagen wurden auch mittlerweile 5 mal eingereicht. Die 2000€ Gewinn wurden bereits storniert und es stand jetzt 6 Wochen meine Einzahlung als Guthaben zur Auszahlung bereit.
Doch heute sind selbst diese weg und wurden nicht ausgezahlt.Ich komme in mein Casinokonto auch jetzt weiterhin nicht rein.Ich spiele seit 25 Jahren Onlinecasino. Dieses Casino ist reiner Betrug .

Eerst een bonus gekregen waar ik niet om vroeg, vervolgens dagen moeten wachten om een uitbetaling. Daarna gewonnen, maar je mag maar 500 eu per 24 uur uit laten betalen maar wel onbeperkt storten? Daarna geen cash back gekregen, en uiteindelijk gevraagd om account te sluiten. Waarna ze je eerst een cool of periode geven. Kortom, zeker niet waard. Amateurs

Je reste dubitative quand au procédé, j'attends le règlement de mes gains depuis plus de 25 jours et à chaque fois, j'ai des informations mensongères qui annoncent que les virements sont en cours de traitement mais ils n'ont jamais été crédité aujourd'hui ils m'ont annoncé qu'effectivement leur casino a les moyens d'encaisser mais n'ont pas de possibilité de créditer votre compte, ils utilisent des faux numéros de suivi pour les virements que certaines banques auraient faits mais ces virements n'arrivent pas puisque c'est mensonger, je desire créer un collectif international pour les mettre en demeure de nous régler. Betblast est ma bête noir pour le moment j'entends déposé plainte auprès de toutes les juridictions judiciaires de France, de Chypre et de l'Angleterre, je reste terriblement choquée par cette situation. Mobilisons nous. 🙏

Very disappointing experience with this casino.

The support is extremely slow and not helpful at all. I was given incorrect information, which led to the wrong bonus being activated. Despite contacting support multiple times, the issue was not resolved in a reasonable time.

Instead of fixing a simple mistake, they kept passing me between departments and delaying the process. In the end, I was asked to complete additional verification, even though the error was clearly on their side.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I will definitely not play here again.

Habe insgesamt 7800€ eingezahlt und auf 10€ Einsätzen mehrere slots ausprobiert, ist nur runter gelaufen keine Freispiele nichts! Einfach 0! Hier wurde mit sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit manipuliert. Leute zahlt hier am besten kein Geld ein das könnt ihr auch gleich in den Kamin werfen!

Despite multiple attempts to get clarification, the responses remained vague and only referred to general terms and conditions without any concrete justification.

What is most concerning is the lack of transparency. They mention “possible violations,” but provide no specific details. This leaves users without a fair opportunity to respond or resolve any potential misunderstandings.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Betblast, Betiro and Puppybet. If something goes wrong, it appears very difficult to recover your funds or receive a proper explanation.

For me, this is sufficient reason to escalate the matter through external authorities.

A company positioning itself as a crypto bookmaker doesn't allow you to top up your balance with cryptocurrency, requiring you to top it up with a card. This is absurd and shameful.

The reviews have really shocked me tbh! I’ve been with betblast a while now. Never had an issue. I deposit, play and if I’m lucky enough withdraw. I’ve had about 4 or 5 withdrawals with no issues at all, unless it’s updating a document. I deposit by my visa debit card or Apple Pay and withdraw to my bank. UK based. Just to add I never get involved in any bonuses so no views on them.

This site is an absolute scam, I deposited money and activated the bonus money, i won 3K, after i tried to withdraw they closed the account and took all my money. Do not use this site!

The website works fine while playing. It's nice and clear, but forget about them crediting you with a bonus. If you've made multiple deposits, they'll just say they won't credit you at the discretion of our system and dedicated team. There's always an excuse. Sometimes it's the system, sometimes it's activity, sometimes it's a gesture of goodwill that's not there. I don't recommend it. I'm not happy with myself for choosing Bet Blast. I don't recommend it to those who don't want to help you play, they just want to fill your wallet.

Hebben mij uit het niets geblokkeerd wegens een interne beslissing, word gezegd dat het resterende bedrag naar je word overgemaakt. Ik wacht al bijna 2 weken en nog geen 0,01 cent gehad oplichters

Sla deze maar over….
- geeft ongevraagd tóch deposit/welkomstbonus terwijl ik dat 100% uitgeschakeld had. Daarmee verplicht worden tot hun T&C (35x wager)
- laat je eerst een bet hoger dan €5 doen (bonusbuy €20) en na afloop van de bonus verschijnt er een popup dat je de T&C hebt overschreden, namelijk een max bet van €5. Hierdoor weet je gelijk zeker dat je sowieso niet uitbetaald gaat worden mocht je iets winnen.
Een eerlijk casino blokkeert zo’n buy gewoon vooraf, BetBlast niet en dat maakt ze imo een scam casino.
- Permanente sluiting doen ze niet, eerst geven ze 24 uur cooldown en na die 24 uur kan je pas bevestigen dat je permanent wilt sluiten. Ook weer zo 1 uit de trukendoos van scam casino’s.

Trap er niet in mensen, klopt helemaal niets van dit casino en de goede reviews zijn vast gedaan ivm gratis spins ofzo.
